The location is really good. Not too far from the central station and in quiet neighbourhood. The room had all the necessary stuff. The staff was really nice. The view from the room was really nice with the sight of the city skyline.
There is no elevator. I don’t hold it against the property that the weather was extremely hot (which is quite rare for Germany in my experience) but the room was on 4th floor and no air conditioning. A working fan was provided but unfortunately the rotator part was broken. Had to leave the windows open for it to get ventilated.

Close to train. Streets were safe to walk down.
Tough to keep cool after a shower and boiling water. Windows did not open enough. Also the cab they called me tried to charge me 15 euro more than the arrival cab when arrival was into traffic at the same time. He kept his meter off and demanded more until I told him off and paid him only 5 Euro more than previous trip. I should have been able to trust the cab they called

The location is great, it is a 10min walk to Messe Hall 11 and a 5min walk to the S-bahn station.
The staff were very helpful and accommodating of our requests. They have a coffee machine at reception which is free to use. The room was basic but clean.
The room and furniture is very basic. The wifi was really poor and they did not have a paid wifi option. If you are looking to work from the hotel and take online meetings, the wifi is not very suitable for this. The fridge kept making a loud humming noise, turning on and off frequently in the room we were in. This was disturbing at night.

The location is good, one s-bahn stop to the Main station. Room looks okay, furniture is new. There even was an option to cook something using the stove. Free coffee at the reception is really nice bonus. You can leave your luggage for the whole day after check-out
It was dirty behind the bed, like huge dust. Water from the shower goes out to the floor, even though the shower is closed. Check in 15 and check out 11 is weird.
