Good location next to train station and bus stop.
Fridge in the room.
Small bottle of complimentary water.
Room cleaning was only upon request.
Might not be suitable for a solo traveller because of neighborhood.

The location is great if you are arriving or leaving Frankfurt from the main station. You can cross the street and you are at the side entrance, near platform one if I remember correctly.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. We just walked to the station and got a coffee and pastry.
The price for one night was fantastic. We used the hotel twice on this trip; the night we arrived and the night before we flew home. It's an easy train ride to the airport so it suited us. We'd definitely stay again if we were flying in or out of Frankfurt as it's close enough to the airport but also handy for trains to other destinations in Germany/Europe.
This is no fault of the hotel itself but the area around the train station is not fantastic. We would only stay here overnight if it suited train and air travel.

very convinience location
there were many homeless people around the hotel, which made the overall environment uncomfortable.
