The location, the staff, very helpful and nice, the room very clean and comfortable.
Just one tiny thing: for the breakfast fresh fruit, because the pineapple, the watermelon and the mixed fruit salad didn’t taste and look fresh

I loved how clean the hotel was and really appreciated the private parking. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern, with an amazing skyline view from the 22nd floor. The staff was also exceptionally helpful and kind, and I felt very welcomed throughout my stay. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit Frankfurt.
Overall everything was great. There was just a small misunderstanding when I first arrived, as I had originally booked and paid extra for a room with a balcony, but was given a room without one. However, the staff was very helpful and resolved the issue immediately. Within five minutes, they changed my room and I received the room with the balcony that I had booked.

Very clean
Arrived on a 31 degree day
Got to our room and it was so hot we couldn’t breathe
The controls for the ac were very confusing
Technician came and said it was working and that was as cool as the room would get
So we moved rooms but I have to say the ac in the new room was very average
$$$$
