Big nice clean appartment. Great bed, good shower, super well equipped kitchenette. Very good to have a water bottle for the fridge, instead of bottled water. Staff is super nice. (And for the occasion: located basically on the startline of the Frankfurt Marathon)
No bad things to say

I was there with the purpose of running Frankfurt marathon. The hotel have a perfect location for that. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the kitchenette works well to prepare simpler dishes.

Good location, good breakfast
Arrived at 11:30pm. Had notified the hotel beforehand that we’d arrive at that time. When we got there, there were four other customers ahead of us, all waiting to check in. No staff to be seen. We tried to call the office, no one picked up. Eventually mr kuida came to check people in. No apologies, no nice words. After the second night, someone had spilt something sticky on the floor in front of the elevator. By the time we left, it still hadn’t been cleaned up.
