الموقع يبعد 10 دقائق بالسياره عن السنتر والتسوق الموظفون جداّ راقين والمطعم الهندي جداّ ممتاز وجبة العشاء والإفطار محدود يعتمد على الطلبات وتتوفر خدمة صف السيارة وخدمة حمل الحقائب.
التكييف لم يكن بارد وعند الطلب منهم خلال 5 دقائق تم تغيير الغرفه ولم يكن التكييف ايضاّ جيداّ للأسف

Das Frühstück, die Größe des Doppelzimmers. Das extrem serviceorientierte und freundliche Personal speziell zu unserer 20 Monate alten Tochter war das Personal extrem aufmerksam. Das Frühstück hat eine tolle Auswahl an indischen und Continentalspezialitäten. Auch hier ist der Service extrem individuell.
Im Zimmer hätte unterm Bett besser gereinigt werden können. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sehr sauber.

In my opinion this was a really bad breakfast experience. Staff took you to your table and then wandered around clearing other tables before bring you a menu. As it is à la carte, you can’t do anything but wait. There is no buffet. I ordered an effective English breakfast. It wasn’t delivered until 20 minutes after entering the dining room. The omelette was flat and dry. The sausages were boiled like kids sausages and not the standard type. They bought five different side dishes rather than put it all on a plate, which I found Ridiculous. The croissant was in my view not properly baked and was soggy and raw in the base. They didn’t bring any jams. I ate two mouthfuls and left, complaining that I did not consider this a five star experience. I went to the front desk and said I wanted to cancel my breakfast on the second day as I didn’t want to repeat the experience. They said they would take care of it. I was expecting a credit to my account. It never came. I complained a few days later. They said the credit was on the way and they would send me an email with proof they were processing it. They never did. I complained again a few days later. Same story. I still haven’t received a credit.
