The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming and professional, the room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the bed was excellent. The location was convenient, and the facilities were outstanding, making my stay very enjoyable.
There wasn't anything I would change. The service, facilities, and overall experience were excellent, making for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The hotel is great and located in a nice location.
We had one suit with VIP access and great experience with VIP launch.
Nice GYM.
2 things to mention 1.access to roof top and had to wait for hotel guest is something I would consider to have a direct seating.
2. No comfy seats on the main lobby.

For the fridge items, you need to pay, but for the standard and items they had, could have been free for guest with no refill. Else easy to find the price.

The rooms are big, it was definitely clean and tidy, breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.
I requested a double bed and was given two single beds, on wheels pushed together, each with a single mattress. No this is NOT the same thing.
There is a sky bar as advertised but it didn’t seem there was any privileged access for guest: you have to queue just so everyone else, so not really worth having 🤣
The tv has no smart connection, so no you can’t watch your own Netflix or YouTube, and the non Germany channels are limited to news channels.
The decor is quite jarring, loud pink and green and whilst the rooms are big they seem a bit dated now and the hotel is trying a bit too hard to be a cool brand, but not really keeping up.
