The staff and the location are the “plus”
I went to Frankfurt for business, 7 days working on the messe and had no proper place to hang suits and shirts! I had to use the towels hanger on the toilet to keep the shirts…
The price for each night was extremely high for such a small room.

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The staff was genuinely attentive, responsive, and caring throughout our stay. The hotel has a great stylish design, the bar is fantastic, and the shower water pressure was excellent. The Marshall speaker in the room was a great touch that added a wonderful atmosphere.
The bed was way too small for two people, as were the duvets—it definitely wasn't spacious or comfortable for a couple. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. It was far too weak; on hot summer days, the room was extremely stuffy, and the AC failed to cool the room down even after running all night.

Excellent location close to safe underground parking. Breakfast selection was very good - I appreciated the healthy food choices and the ability to have a freshly made cappuccino.
Self check in Reception became more complicated than it needed to be. I would have preferred to input our passport data when I made the booking rather than when I arrived as this slowed down the process.
We also found the ‘cozy’ bedroom to be style over substance. The room was long and narrow and it was hard to move around the room with so little space between the bed and the wall. It also felt strange that the shower door opened into the narrow toilet area.

The location was excellent. The rooftop was nice, with great ambiance.
Had gone there immediately after Ruby in London and Ruby Ella in Cologne ( a huge Ruby fan ) where the customer service was excellent. In Ruby Louise the customer service was noticeably cold and impersonal. We weren’t offered the same options as at the previous Rubys ( room service vs drink coupons). The room style ( with buried bed ) was extremely strange and uncomfortable.
