Good location near river and walking distance to all we wanted to see; excellent breakfast, very clean, most staff friendly and helpful

Great location. Close to Old Town. Very clean room and reception area. Good choice of breakfast. Very helpful staff especially Tulay whose service at the bar was exceptional. Taxi rank outside. Will be back.
Appeared to be some booking system issues when checking in which caused a queue.

The reception staff were very quick and efficient. They were always helpful and ready to assist whenever needed.
I was unfortunately shocked to find bed bugs in the room, which made the first night very uncomfortable and difficult.
