Breakfasts were great, gym very useful and appreciated, the room was very spacious
Ooh, its such a minor point but there could have been more lighting in the room, especially over the desk area - it was quite dark there to do any work ; a desk lamp would be useful.
Also the area is a bit dodgy , but I realise that is not easy to resolve

Location close to Central Station. Clean little units with practical kitchenette for self-catering stays.
The hot water didn't work during my stay (cold or lukewarm showers only). When I complained at the reception, the man offered me a bottle of drinking water. Not sure how that was supposed to solve the problem with having to take a cold shower. When I first arrived, I was put in a room where the fridge also didn't work, but the man at the front desk put me in another unit where the fridge was okay. He said, though, that they are replacing the fridges because many don't work. As mentioned in previous reviews, the mattresses are very soft, if this is a problem for you. My unit was also never cleaned, despite the reception offering this service when I checked in. The property has real potential to be a good budget option for self-catering travellers, but there are too many problems at the moment for me to want to stay there again.
