The location worked very well for us. The hotel can be reached from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof with just 2–3 stops on the U-Bahn, followed by a roughly 400–500 m walk from the station. From the same U-Bahn station, you can reach the city centre in around 10 minutes. If you prefer walking, Alte Oper is about a pleasant 15-minute walk away.
The neighbourhood itself is very nice, quiet and feels upscale. Grüneburgpark is also within approximately 10–15 minutes' walking distance. There is a REWE supermarket about 5 minutes away on foot, which was very convenient. However, there are not many kiosks or small convenience stores immediately around the hotel, so if you want to buy drinks or snacks for the room, I would recommend not leaving your shopping until too late in the evening.
Our room was very clean. The individual air-conditioning unit in the room worked perfectly, which was particularly important during our stay. The electronic safe, hairdryer, refrigerator and kettle were all available and worked without any problems. There was also a TV with satellite channels, although we did not use it.
Another very useful feature was the free, locked luggage storage area. We were able to leave our bags there both before check-in and after check-out, which made things much easier.
The room included two complimentary 0.25-litre bottles of water. Apart from these, the refrigerator was empty. There were also around 3–4 complimentary tea bags provided with the kettle.
The bed had two pillows per person, and we found the pillows comfortable. Our double bed was actually made up of two single beds pushed together, but this did not cause us any problems during our stay.
Nothing I can add here. That's a wonderful price/performance hotel.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, you really couldn't fault them. Our room was spacious and had effective air conditioning, which was essential in the summer heat. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and museums, and we were able to find free street parking nearby despite arriving around 9pm. The complimentary bottles of water in the room on arrival were also a thoughtful touch.
The hotel was much more dated than expected, with several maintenance issues including a bathroom door handle that came loose, a bedside drawer that fell out, and a shower connection that leaked.
While there was a small lift inside the hotel, we couldn't find a step-free entrance, so we had to carry our spram up and down the front steps every time we entered or left.
The breakfast was underwhelming for the €18 price tag, with a much more limited selection than we've experienced at similarly priced hotels.
The biggest issue, however, was the room key. Although our room accommodated three guests, the hotel could only provide one physical key. In this day and age, this feels completely outdated. The suggested workaround of leaving the key at reception was inconvenient and could even mean leaving the room unsecured if guests returned at different times. We've stayed in much smaller and older hotels that provide key cards or multiple keys, which should really be the standard today.

I liked everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, it was in a quiet street but close to everything. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean, and the view was amazing (which was a big surprise for me). The AC worked well, so the room temperature was very comfortable. In general it was surprisingly good!

The room and hotel was really good.
They did not release my pre authorization money used for reservation upto 3 days after my stay.Only after complaining about the same they relaesed the money.They also deducted the money twice and were not agreeing to it until I sent them proofs for the same.After which they said it was a technical glitch.Now it has been a week post my stay and I still havent got my money back.
I would not book this hotel ever again.
