Outside the busy area of the city centre but great bus/train connections, 20 minutes away. Spacious room, nice to have a fridge. Large balcony doors to open for fresh air and cool the room off in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.

The room are quite big and clean.
The hotel is quite far from Frankfurt city center, so it's not possible to walk to the main attractions. There are also very few amenities nearby—no restaurants, kiosks, or grocery stores within convenient walking distance.
Another downside was the night receptionist. He was unwelcoming and unhelpful, and despite managing multiple check-ins at once, he was unable to provide any meaningful assistance.

The cleanliness and the quality of the rooms.
No cooking equipment provided the first time we asked, the lady who I asked the second time provided them within 10 minutes.
