Location was great. Room was comfortable and all the utilities worked. The sound insulation in the room was good especially since the train station is very close and you can barely here the trains. Toilet was also clean.
The room rate was high and similar to normal hotels which are serviced by staff. The room was not very clean. I moved one chair and under it was full of dust. Also many surfaces were dusty even the cloths hangers. The following was mentioned prior to my visit but guests must be aware: there is no staff present at the property so its something you need to be aware of. Also the room is cleaned once a week and during my stay of 3 nights it was not cleaned. Felt with this level of service the room rate should be cheaper.

Very good location, next to REWE, bus and train stations!!!
I like the property, very cozy, clean, and private. The only thing I don't like is that the curtain doesn't block out the light. You can see the sunlight coming through; it's hard to nap during the day!! Otherwise everything as expected! And the customer service was Excellent!!!

It had no a/c. And with the window open by the train station it was unbearable. They need to invest in SATURN clima machines when they charge 100 per night.
