Nice staff, clean room, check in was easy.
Although it is right next to the main Frankfurt train station, the surrounding area is not the best. I would not feel safe being alone.

The staff is great and friendly. The location next to the train station is top. All fine here.
Being woken up at 5am by some potentially drunk guests. I was not the only one who was not pleased and asked the guests to please have their loud conversation somewhere else. Maybe one could ask drunk guests to their rooms?
