Super Hotel am Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof…immer wieder sehr gerne

Modern eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett. Schönes Bad. Wasserkocher. Und vor allem ruhiges Zimmer

Einchecken nur am Terminal und sehr aufwändig. Macht keinen Spaß wenn man müde ist und auch sonst nicht

Lage gut, Zimmer okay.

Die Lage ist, wenn man flexibel bleiben möchte fast unschlagbar und der Selbstbedienungsladen im Erdgeschoss ist ganz praktisch wenn man noch eine Kleinigkeit braucht aber keine Lust mehr hat raus zu gehen

Ich hatte extra für einen Aufpreis ein Zimmer mit Queensize Bett gebucht und Blick auf den Innenhof damit es schön ruhig ist. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten war mit 2 Einzelbetten und Fenster zur Hauptstraße raus. Dazu hat es direkt beim betreten des Raumes nach faulen Eiern gerochen. Die Reklamation beim Personal stieß erstmal auf Unverständnis und wurde nur auf meinen Nachdruck hin bearbeitet. Das Zimmer selbst war dann das richtige, aber leider schon etwas verlebt was die Farbe an den Wänden und den Teppichboden angeht.

Für eine Nacht absolut in Ordnung, wäre die Dusche in Ordnung wäre alles perfekt.

Self- Check in, gute Lage zum Bahnhof bequemes Bett

Die Dusche hat leider nicht optimal funktioniert. Während des Duschens kam plötzlich kochend heißes Wasser aus der Leitung. War leider nicht nur einmalig, sondern bei jedem Duschen.

Great!

Excellent location, just one minute walk from main station. Quite at night. Comfortable bed.

Check in machine didn’t go so smooth, this process could have done online before the arrival. There was a hair on a bed. I hope they changed to new sheets. Other part were clean.

Funktionale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit an zentraler Lage

Zentral, funktional ausgestattet, einfacher self check-in und self check-out, gratis Wasser auf dem Zimmer

Das Fenster war überhaupt nicht isoliert und es hat unglaublich gezogen. Bei geschlossenen Vorhängen und Heizung auf höchster Stufe gings- ist aber alles andere als optimal. Das Hotel ist insgesamt recht in die Jahre gekommen.

Sehr gute Wahl für Frankfurt

Mein zweites Mal in diesem Hotel aufgrund der sehr guten Erfahrungen. Dieses Mal nur für eine Nacht zum Stopover. Geniale Lage gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofes. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer modern und komfortabel ausgestattet mit sehr bequemen Bett. Obwohl die Zimmer nicht sehr groß sind, ausreichend Stauraum durch clevere Möblierung. Auch ein späterer Check-out war kein Problem.

Das Frühstück ist unangemessen teuer.

Sehr gut für eine Nacht

Tolle Lage am Bahnhof, dennoch sehr ruhig. Online-Checkin hat geklappt. Netter kleiner Laden. Sehr sauber und geräumig. Kostenlose Äpfel. Tee-Ecke im Zimmer mit Wasserkocher.

Flure und manche Elemente der Zimmer haben ein bisschen Jugendherbergscharme, andere Bereiche sind schick renoviert.

Very good

There's no staff, everything is automated. For me it was an interesting experience, although I wanted to ask about the parking. WiFi is very strong. Breakfast is strong.

Long hallways, small room. Not a very pleasant neighborhood, some dodgy people around. But it's quite close to the city center.

Perfect location for a short stay in Frankfurt.

Really enjoyed my stay at Flemings. Self check in was very quick and efficient using the check in terminals at the ground floor entrance. Staff were very friendly and helpful and met every request perfectly. The room was reasonably sized with a very comfortable bed and the room was exceptionally quiet making for a great night's sleep.

Nothing. I'd stay here again.

Location excellent; breakfast good; otherwise, underwhelming.

Good range at breakfast; location so close to the train station was great, not only for catching trains, taxis and buses but also for buying take-away meals (Asian; Indian Curry). The staff were helpful but often overwhelmed because the check-in process is supposedly automatic yet long lines form.

The room was a bit cramped (felt more like student digs than a 3-star hotel); no fridge in the room; only 1 pillow per person; no phone to contact staff; internet a bit sporadic and weak.

Good centrally located hotel for short stay, with facilities proportionate to the price

Good hotel for those who want a comfortable overnight stay in Frankfurt in a central area and near to main train station. Hotel seemed renovated. There is no reception - there are check-in consoles (computers) where you can enter information and collect key-cards (there was one guy from the hotel though in case you run into problems) - for us it worked seamlessly. Room was clean, and even though it was small, the space was nicely designed. Good amenities (TV, chairs, desk, mirrors, closets, charging sockets and reading lights on both sides of the bed, good lighting, Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer). Bed was comfortable. Separate blankets were provided for double bed, as requested. Bathroom was clean and had a shower. There was a tiny supermarket in the hotel to buy essentials, drinks and snacks (very expensive though). Really good price / value overall for this hotel.

The room and bathroom were small. There was no fridge (which would have been really helpful). The shower door was not closing properly and therefore water was leaking out on the bathroom floor. In the night, it got cold in the room - and the heater in the room was not working at all! The breakfast was too expensive.

Excellent, I could rest easily.

I like everything - from the moment of the entrance to the hotel, including self check-in, little grocery shop on the ground floor, the quiet room and fantastic breakfast in the morning. All worked well.

HORRIFYING. DO NOT COME HERE.

The house cleaning guy kept knocking on everyone’s door and yelling “house cleaning” before 9 o’clock!!! And repeated it every hour and the soundproof is so bad that you can hear it from afar. That’s insane. What makes this even worse is the house cleaning guy just straight up opened the door of my room because he did not hear me answering… that’s terrifying as a female traveling alone.

they changed to a no-receptionist check in which was confusing. I liked the personal touch of being greeted by a real person, there to answer questions and to welcome you.
