It was extremely close to the central station, which was a huge help because we didn't have to carry our heavy luggage very far. While the area directly in front of the station felt a bit noisy and slightly intimidating to walk around with a child at night, the neighborhood around the hotel felt very safe. On top of that, the hotel was exceptionally clean and equipped with modern facilities.
Nothing in particular. The shower room floor mat was mysteriously damp for some reason, but I assume it was just an oversight and it wasn't a major issue for us.

Right next to the train station - I managed to get from my room to the platform of my train in under 10 minutes. Good value for money. Clean rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had a single room, which is not very spacious in case you have bigger luggage but sufficient with small luggage.

I have had the breakfast before. It was very international with lots of Kosher/Halal foods for guests who have restricted diets. The breakfast choices were very plentiful and fully satisfactory.
The presence of "interesting" characters on the street, just hanging out, but there is a police presence constantly, too. One feels safe.

The location is near the central station. The room is spacious. All the staff are friendly, nice
and very accommodating. Muang or Maung (i forgot) was very nice. Breakfast was good.
The air conditioner in our room was not working properly. It was hot all through out our stay. They told us that they were working on it but nothing happened.
