The location is excellent in that it is close to the train station by foot (5 minutes) and about 15 mins by foot to the main shopping area / streets of Frankfurt city. The hotel and room were clean. Staff polite and friendly. Bed was comfortable.
The TV was really poor. Took a while for the channels to connect when I switched on the TV. There were very few stations to choose from. I think maybe 10. They weren’t programmed properly, but on random numbers on the remote control. I mentioned it to the reception staff but they said “just wait and the channels will connect and go up and down with the remote control to select channels”. I did that but it made no difference.
