The good location and comfortable bed.
The elevator does not work well, and the internet never worked on WiFi at 5th floor. Also, there is sound noise and drug people around hotel overnight.

Convenient - close to the train station
Room was technically clean but the carpet was horrible all stained and dirty. Also there was very poor lighting.
