With prior notice I was able to do an early check in which I really appreciated. I also loved the 12 pm check out

Easy access to City Centre, was clean and modern. Staff was really nice and helpful with questions. Had access to the gym and sauna which was nice.
Location is a bit scary with some weird people in the area. During the night it was a bit loud on the street but that wasn’t the staff or properties fault.

We really appreciated how cordial and lovely the staff was. Overall, our room was beautiful—exactly what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Everything was amazing, and the location was incredibly convenient and strategic if you’re planning to explore not only Frankfurt but also the surrounding areas by train. We also really appreciated the welcome drinks… it was such a lovely touch! We’ll definitly be back 💕
There’s nothing I didn’t like, but I would have loved it if the bathrooms had bidets. It would also have been a nice touch if some items from the minibar had been offered as welcome snacks.

It looks like the place miss management. Stuff is nice and all, just not organized and managed properly.
