The apartment is situated in a really nice building at approximately 30 mins to city center by foot. It is well equipped with everything that you'd need, the rooms are not super big but for a couple of days you have everything you need.
While the room was cleaned, the sheets were changed, seemed like the dust hasn't been removed for quite some time. If you are allergic to dust it wasn't ideal.

Very close to tramway and underground train. Comfortable and child friendly the staff are nice specially the receptionists are very polite
Kitchen equipment is full. I really recommend this hotel for privacy and also for family

The view is spectacular towards Festhalle. The room is spacious and has all you need for your stay.
Sometimes too crowded in the morning with food trays not being refilled on time.

Location. Quiet room.
Unfriendly reception staff. Extractor fan of stove in room 952 not working. Microwave door does not open. Booked to have a operating kitchen to not spend money on restaurants, which was not the case due to failure to maintain kitchen utilities by this facility.
