No noise outside 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. This is incredibly important. Sedona has strict noise laws and the neighbors may call the police if they are violated. Leave Mountain Bikes and hiking gear in courtyard. NO indoor or outdoor fires during local fire bans. Strictly No Smoking or vaping inside or outside of the property. Do not move the furniture. By law this home may not be used for events, parties or large gatherings. We regularly see javelina, coyotes, deer, skunks and bobcats. For your safely do not approach or feed these animals! We are not responsible for any items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping. Please do not flush feminine products or paper towels down the toilet or severe damage may occur. You are liable for repair if this rule is not adhered to. Fines, fees or evictions will be assessed for non-compliance and damages.
