What’s nearby: This home sits right next to Cartwright Park, less than a mile south of the center of Seaside. The beach and the promenade (a paved pathway that stretches for a mile and a half along the Pacific Ocean) are only three blocks west, and the Seaside Golf Course awaits one block south. Broadway Street, with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, is also less than a mile north.
