Nice outing

Rooms were well maintained

1st we had to bath with cold water suspect they forgot to switch on the geyser. Hangers were not in the wardrobe.

The pics don't do justice to what we saw.

The room was not as it was in the pics. Looked more like an outbuilding. Toilets not working.

Private location

Noise outside, cold water, bad service as a result I'll never go back there again. My Woolworth rolls were stolen at that place called bnb they need to learn how to treat people first before they open a bnb I'm begging people to please not book that place again because it's very expensive for it's quality I'm very disappointed I must say.

Nothing. I messaged to inform them that we would be arriving late, there was no response on all modes of communications. When we arrived the check-in lady told us that there was a shortfall for the number of rooms we had booked and paid for. She wanted us to relinquish 1 of the rooms or pay in extra. This, she said was the instruction from her boss. I obviously refused to do either and told her to tell the boss to update the rates on Booking.com. This is unacceptable conduct and way of treating guests. On top of that the place was very noisy and the rooms were clean but smelly

Reception was poor, and they tried to extort more money from me, citing a shortfall Rooms were smelly Place was noisy We were stuck in the morning, not able to go out coz there was no electricity and the gateman had gone out Overall look & feel of the place isn't great

l did not get a chance to enter the room because when l came to check in around about 5 l was told that I don't have room to stay because it was cancelled by one of the employees who work there but she was not present at the time she took a day off when l asked why it was cancelled no answers, I didn't get the information why it was cancelled and the lady was not available when they tried to call her. l had no choice but to look for another B&B as l was desperate and did not have a choice. I'm so pissed even now about the treatment l got. No email was sent to inform me about the cancellation of my booking that they decided to cancel and they did not even try to call me on my phone. it was a very bad experience in my entire life, mind you I was travelling with my 2-year-old son.

Honestly there's nothing I didn't like about the place however if they can have meals included in their stay especially breakfast

The place is neat, the receptionist is so welcoming and friendly as well.

The room was nice and clean.

There was only one towel and there are no Dstv channels,and no WiFi.
