Situated in Lake Winnisquam, this lovely house for $308 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our 3-Bedroom home sits on the shores of beautiful Lake Winnisquam. When you enter the front door you will be amazed at how open and spacious, yet warm and inviting our home is. The living room features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood flooring and lots of over-sized windows to let the natural sunlight in. The house is open concept with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining room area which makes it great for family gatherings and entertaining. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar for a quick snack or less formal meal for the kids. There is a large deck off of the dining room that comes complete with patio furniture, a grilling area and stairs to dock and beach. The entire main floor has been recently painted. We have added a 3/4 bathroom on the lower level across from the master bedroom. We have also just recently had the entire retaining wall around the shoreline replaced and upgraded to include granite stairs into the sandy beach area. The lake isn't just for summer vacations, there is so much to do and see all year long. We're close to all the ski resorts, snowmobile trails are all around us, Weirs Beach, NH International Speedway just to name a few. My family and I had a wonderful stay at Dianne's lake house. I cannot say enough about the location. It was perfectly situated on the lake with a sandy bottom and a smidge of beach - just enough to build some mini sand castles and sit in the water with little ones. The docks were great. No watercraft on site, but there is a place nearby where you can rent. Kitchen was great, and the living room views were magical. Great back deck and nice covered patio. This property was absolutely perfect for our mixed group of adults and kids! Toys galore in the basement. Beautiful dock/patio to sit on at the water. Steps into a clean, sandy swim area. Gorgeous sunset views. Host Dianne is exactly what you want in a host. Excellent communication. Hope to be able to stay again next year!

This property has become our annual vacation spot. We love it! The location is perfect. The house is lovely. The upgraded kitchen is incredible. Even with rain, it is still perfect. The sand for the kids to play in, the sand bar near by, the awesome deck… literally perfect.

We loved everything about this property! We’ve been visiting the lake for over 15 years and this was our best location yet! Great beach for kids, excellent docks for swimming and boating, and very convenient location to stores and attractions. The host was extremely professional and responsive, and the house was clean and extremely kid friendly. We had an amazing week of bikes and family time for the Laconia 100 year! We will be back!

This house never disappoints. Perfect location on the lake, right across from the sandbar in the no-wake. Nice deep dock to slip the boat and beautiful sunsets every night. The house is always clean and has plenty of room.

We got married on this property October 2021 and decided to book it again for our 1 yr anniversary. I recently stayed 2 nights at this property with my brothers and cousins. The house is spacious and you can’t beat the location! Slept 10 of us comfortably (with 2 air mattresses). Dianne answered all questions and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a dock to park our pontoon boat right on the property. Fully stocked kitchen where we cooked all our meals, good size yard to play games like corn hole and can jam, and a nice fire pit outside to warm up on the cool Fall nights. Definitely the best place to stay on Winnisquam!

The property owner the was very efficient with making sure this property had everything we needed. She was also amazing with communicating with us prior to our stay. The location was absolutely stunning. We honestly cannot say enough good things about this property and how wonderful our vacation was.

The house is in a great location. Overall, it was pretty clean. The homeowner was very nice and responded quickly. The listing says it sleeps 10, but the pull out couch is broken and will not support anyone. I would stay here again based on the location, but bring air mattresses if you need to sleep 6 or more.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! We had our 5 young daughters and they all enjoyed the small beach area, shallow water and jumping off of the dock. It was nice having a playroom w some toys for them as well! Close to everything we enjoy doing in this area. We will definitely be back!

Very nice home right on the water. Home fit 7 of us no problem. Was a little cold/windy when we stayed but did get one smores night in the fire pit! There is a walking/bike path that follows around the Lake which we did. Son used it for his morning run. Short drives to Weirs Beach and Gunstock mountain as well as the world's largest arcade! Would love to return when it is warmer and more attractions are open. Great communication with owner Dianne as well!

We spent a couple days over the weekend boating around the lake and doing water sports. It was super nice having a dock at the house so we didn't have to pull it out of the water between trips out. The house itself was very nice as well, I love the exposed wooden beams. Perfect size for our group of 4 (two couples).

Property was perfect for our family gathering ages 20-93! The house is beautiful and location is perfect We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the boats slowly go by and people enjoying the sandbar. There is a no wake zone right in front so you can enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. We saw loons and eagles 🦅 All the amenities were high end down to the pots, pans and glassware. Thank you Dianne for the perfect getaway. Can’t wait to return

Owner is very timely in responding and was a pleasure to work with on this app. Home very nice with nice backyard area. Feel it would be a great summer rental. We wish we were told that there was a dock saver in front of the house as we were there to ice fish. It made the entrance to the ice a bit shady our last day as both neighbors use them as well. Not a secluded home you will hear traffic from main road, but you are also close to anything you might need.

This property was very clean and plenty of room for 7 of us. Kitchen was stocked with dish-ware for all of us plus salt, pepper, sugar and even syrup. Great views we will have to come back in the summer to really appreciate the lake. Host is awesome took care of all our needs and more. Thank you Dianne.
