The apartment was speciaus and comfortable - 3 bedrooms, two toilets, air conditioning. Everything you need was provided - even little things like a travel comb or toothbrush in case you forgot yours. There was coffee, little sachets of jam and pretty much everything you need (better than in a good hotel). It is a small town - you can book a funicular railway that takes you up to a medieval village. A supermarket is around the corner. It takes about an hour to drive to Pisa, Florence or Massa beach.

We would add a kettle to the kitchen.

3rd floor without elevator access would make it more difficult for people with a lot of luggage or big luggage. There were barking dogs and people with loud cars in the same building.

Had everything, very satisfied. Maybe even more cleaner then most hotels.

3rd floor is a bit hard to climb with heavy luggage.

Cute house. Host is really kind, she help you with all you need.

We booked this apartment as a base to visit many places in the area - Florence, Cinque Terre, Pisa, Bologna, but we discovered that Montecatini itself was worth visiting. My two teenagers were happy to have separate bedrooms, there was another one for parents and a large living room. There are two toilets, which is great for 4 or 5 people. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Everything you may need in the kitchen. We arrived very late and we were happy to find water, juice and milk in the fridge. As a bonus, we received everything for a good Italian breakfast, and we want to thank Casa Lella for the delicious coffee we had every morning.

I don't know if we had enjoyed so much our stay there if we hadn't had a car.

Everything! We have over 50 bookings and this place is definitely in top 5
