Summary: Extremely private and spacious home amenable to work or play; central location a few blocks from the Superdome and convenient to the French Quarter and Superdome, this is the place to be for your trip to New Orleans. This home has a balcony overlooking Baronne Street, and is just two blocks from the Mardi Gras parade route on St Charles Avenue. This apartment is also conveniently located directly across the street from Rouses grocery store- a great place to pick up supplies or a meal. N The Space: This house is across the street from an upscale grocery store. Grab a quick bite or save money and grab groceries to cook at home! This unit is also one block away from the streetcar which can whisk you to the French Quarter in an instant. If you want to be within walking distance to the Convention Center, WWII Museum, Harrah's Casino, Superdome/Smoothie King Center and everything downtown has to offer, this is the spot! The Neighborhood: The trendy Warehouse District has converted brick warehouses housing innovative restaurants, sleek coffee shops, eclectic boutiques and BBQ joints. Warplanes hang in a soaring pavilion at the renowned National WWII Museum, while the Ogden Museum of Southern Art shows regional works. Julia Street is lined with modern art galleries, and vendors hawk local produce and home-baked treats at Crescent City Farmers Market. Getting Around: Nearly everything is within walking distance, and there's a new automated bike share directly outside the building. The historic St. Charles Streetcar line passes within earshot and can take you for a beautiful tour of Uptown New Orleans. Our family was in New Orleans for a conference at the Hyatt Regency. We had the option of staying there but preferred a VRBO and we are so glad we found this property. It was exactly as described. More than enough space for our family to spread out. We ate most breakfasts and lunches there, either opting to cook (fully stocked kitchen) or enjoying the prepared foods at the supermarket (across the street). The location is perfect, close to lots of great restaurants for dinner. We chose to walk everywhere (French Quarter, Garden District, Uptown) or occasionally take the street car. We were out late every night and felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood. We have stayed in many VRBOs and I would definitely say that this property is top of the list. We look forward to retuning in the future.

We loved our stay. The flat was stylish, clean, and in a fantastic location. We mostly walked everywhere and took an Uber a couple of times when we ventured further away. Grocery store across the street was super handy. We really enjoyed the balcony as well. Thank you for a great stay in NOLA!

Nice, well cared for property. Only issue we had was the parking. Had access to only street parking with ability to park only two hours at a time between 8 am and 7 pm. Def would not have had a car if we had known in advance how good Lyft and Uber were in NOLA. TV service needs some upgrading.

Walking distance to the French Quarter but far enough away from the noise, nicely kept area in the CBD. CVS and a grocery and liquor store we’re right across the street and added bonus. Host sent communications to make sure everything was alright and asked if anything was needed. Highly recommend!

Property appearance as listed. Location was was great and walking distance to French Quarters. Only downside was one shower was unusable because paint chips were were falling from the ceiling. Upon informing property manager, he said he would take care of it. Property manager was very hospitable. Really enjoyed our visit.

What a great place! We loved every aspect - living room, bedrooms, and especially the balcony. Easy access to the French Quarter, the trolley line, and WW II museum. Highly recommend.

The location was perfect for walking, WW2 Museum & French Quarter. My family loved the huge balcony overlooking Baronne & Girod. The convenience of Rouse’s Market was great. We’d definitely recommend this beautiful unit and the quality of the property manager. Hope to return.

Great location. This place was just what we needed. It’s a short walk to the French Quarter and Jackson Square. The space had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio. The building was quiet as we were there during the week. Check in was flawless and we were able to extend our stay without any problems. We will definitely stay here again.
