Excellent location, room was amazing, the food was excellent.
The customer service wasnt the best. The hotel management needs to properly train the staff. It seems like the hotel can use more staff. Because half of the times there wasnt anyone to ask for help. Also at one point I wanted to order my food in, but one of the staff members said it wont be possible because hotel has 2 events that day and they are busy. Im also a paying customer who got the most expensive room at the hotel. And to me thats unacceptable. Half of the times (even though the cleaners were there) my room wasnt cleaned and I had a sign hanging there half of the day to clean the room. If you spend a little more time with your staff training, the hotel can be a 5 star fast.
