Nestled in Kalbarri, this charming house for $325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Please call us if your dates cross over between low and high season for the correct rates. **STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED** 5 Night Minimum in Low Season 7 Night Minimum in High Season Video Tour link of the full house - https://youtu.be/hPTOxGGnVg8 This magnificent property consists of two levels with accommodation for 10 guests and situated on the water front opposite the Murchison River. There are 3 outdoor entertaining areas. LOWER LEVEL comprises of three bedrooms, one bathroom apartment. 1 x Queen bed in main room, 2 x Single beds in second room and 2 x Bunk beds in 3rd room (this room has a few steps to enter room). All bedrooms have built in robes. From the front main bedroom and lounge area you can see the water, the bi-fold doors open into the combined lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen. A reverse cycle air con is located in the lounge room that covers the main bedroom as well. The second and third bedrooms have reverse cycle air cons and ceiling fans are in all bedrooms and living area. TV and DVD player. There is a washing machine in the small laundry. The bathroom has a separate shower, bath and toilet. There is a sheltered patio/BBQ area at the rear with a hot and cold outdoor shower ideal when coming back from the beach. Also an additional BBQ area at the front of the house. UPPER LEVEL comprises of a large kitchen, dining and living area leading onto a huge balcony overlooking the Murchison River with stunning views of the ocean and river mouth. The main bedroom has river views and an ensuite bathroom. From the family area there is also a powder room and toilet. All rooms have reverse cycle air cons and ceiling fans. There is a 50" Large screen TV connected to Foxtel with Foxtel Sports channel and also a DVD player. No Wifi.. This area has laundry with washing machine in the downstairs section of the top level. . The two levels are connected with an internal staircase which has an interconnecting door which can be locked if required. This house is situated close to all amenities including restaurants, cafes, IGA, river and swimming beach. Come sit on the balcony and enjoy the amazing views and spectacular sunsets. Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you. PLEASE NOTE: 1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call Kalbarri Accommodation Service and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you. 2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels. 3. Strictly NO pet property. 4. ALL our properties are fully self contained. 5. NONE of our properties are serviced. 6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town. 7. NO smoking inside our properties. 8. No Schoolies Accepted Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins. Our National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground. Kalbarri offers you activities like canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them or just relax the choice is yours.

Location is perfect right opposite the beach and next door to the IGA supermarket. We highly recommend.

Separated areas meant the grandparents could also get a rest, while there was plenty of room for everyone (and more). Exceptionally well equipped with everything needed for cooking, being comfortable, etc. Great location by the river/IGA, with a lovely view. Nothing to say, nothing to improve. Can't wait to come back.

Good location

Booked this villa primarily as it had three bedrooms and was a separate villa as opposed to a unit in a complex (I have a baby and toddler). Was not the best for little kids. One bedroom was actually a converted garage, located st the bottom of three very steep, sharp tiled steps. Courtyard at rear was quite unkempt and BBQ old and dirty. Main bedroom was nice and spacious and beds were comfortable. Location to iga handy too.

Stayed here for 6 nights with 4 asults and 3 kids. Good size with large bedrooms plenty of storage. Outdoor area at rear is very small and access to the outdoor setting and balcony is not available if owners are using their upstairs accommodation. Note driveway access is narrow so consider this if bringing a boat or trailer. Overall great base for sightseeing. Would happily stay here again.
