Situated in Naples, this attractive house for $500 per night is a great option for your next break. Bring your extended family to enjoy our sun-filled chalet-style home nestled in tranquil Sebago Cove with 130 feet of private waterfront with a private dock, fire pit & kayak rack, and use of our local association beach which is perfect for toddlers! You'll love the floor to ceiling windows and unique stone fireplace which is the centerpiece of our living room. We're Western-facing, so you can enjoy amazing colorful sunsets which light up the house. Our huge home has an open floor plan and three levels of living, offering plenty of space for everyone! Send the kids downstairs to the game room for some fun, while the adults relax on the deck with a glass of wine enjoying nature. Feel the comfort of air conditioning NEW - 3 ADDITIONAL MINI-SPLITS COMING SUMMER 2024, you spoke we listened! Set the mood with our whole house sound system in every room plus on the outdoor deck, so you can listen while you grill on our Weber (propane provided). Play table tennis, poker, xbox and board games in our huge game room. Your family will love The Chalet, and there's something for all ages! Find us on social media @chaletsebagocove Excellent location for week-long family vacations with lots of local attractions, excursions and restaurants! We're 5 minutes from the Naples Causeway where you can enjoy shopping, waterfront dining, seaplane rides, jet ski rentals, ice cream, mini golf and more! It's the home of the Songo River Queen II and a fun area to explore. We're only 25 minutes away from Pleasant Mountain for downhill skiing, and 15 minutes from Five Fields Farm for Nordic skiing. Seacoast Adventures in Windham offers a waterpark, ropes course, go-karts, high swing, and tubing. Looking for a day trip? We're only 1 hour away from Portland, Freeport, Old Orchard Beach and North Conway. The Chalet is perfect for any season. In the Summer lounge on the deck while grilling burgers on our grill (propane provided), take one of the 4 kayaks out for a sunset cruise, and share s'mores over the fire by night. Take your boat out to explore the Sebago State Park Sandbar, grab lunch on Frye Island or take the Songo River all the way to Brandy Pond or Long Lake. If you don't own a boat, you can rent one from any marina on Sebago Lake, Brandy Pond, or Long Lake. Boating is best from June to August as the lake's water level is drained approximately 2-3 feet from Fall to Spring. The water level in the lake is controlled by the Eel Weir Dam and can fluctuate. In the Winter you can snowmobile right out the front yard to access Maine's 10,000+ miles of Maine's Interconnected Trail System (ITS)! Explore the frozen lake in snowshoes, ice skates or cross country skis. For downhill skiing, it's a short 25 minute drive to Pleasant Mountain. The views of snowfall from our floor to ceiling windows are absolutely stunning! Cozy up to the fireplace on those chilly nights or warm up with a heated ping-pong tournament! We decorate with an artificial Christmas tree from approximately late November through mid January. Please note: The downstairs fireplace is not for guest use. You are very welcome to use the living room fireplace or outdoor fire pit. Security Cameras: We have three video/audio security cameras on the property. One is a Ring doorbell facing the front landing. The second is a Wyze camera facing our furnace, oil tank & hot water heater in our closed utility room. The last is a Wyze camera facing our driveway, trash area and the road. These are security cameras focused on the entryways and HVAC utilities, they are designed to maintain your privacy while ensuring the security and safety of our home. There is one broken camera on the front deck which has never been hooked up and never will be. There are NO other active or inactive recording devices at the property. My family and a friend stayed at this cottage for a week and had a most amazing time! I would stay here again if it wasnt so far from where my dad lives. This was probably our best vacation ever. The kitchen is stocked so you can cook every night! The confort factor was amazing and there is plenty of space for people to spend quality time alone if needed. The game room is amazing! Ping pong air hockey and poker table and a big closet full of games to play! We rented a pontoon and that was amazing as we had a dock! Beautiful sunsets and a great firepit where we made smores!
Just the best place ever! Recommend highly for group of good friends or family of about 6 to 12.

We had a lovely family vacation week at the chalet! For starters id like to say a special thank you to sarah. She was an amazing and gracious host who responded to every single one of our inquiries in a flash! We arrived in Maine a lot earlier than anticipated due to traffic being very cooperative and we were able to check in early which was a great start! The house was immaculate and left us nothing to do but unpack upon arrival! Very well stocked with all your necessities. Not having to bring bed sheets and bath towels was a huge plus!
Though the house is beautiful spacious and had everything we could ask for and then some, I must say I was a bit disappointed with the area on the water in which the house is located. It’s in a cove where milfoil is present and therefore is extremely weedy, and rocky and not ideal at all for swimming and/or floating. Luckily we had a boat and could travel to the sandbars of beautiful Sebago Lake to enjoy fun in the sun! Boat rentals are also very close to the property!
The other thing I would like to mention is the house did get extremely warm in the higher temperatures, and tho the house is equipped with an AC, it simply does not have the capacity to cool the entire house, especially the bedrooms on the first floor. Extra fans are highly recommended if you’re visiting in the summer months!
Overall we made the best of it and enjoyed our time together as a family making memories!

Plenty of ample space for families to gather and enjoy! The dock was perfect to moor our rental boat and even though the lake was quite high from all the rain, we enjoyed some fun time on the sand bar. Plenty of activities and games for all ages and the downstairs area was a great hang for the kids in our party! I love the property's IG account and will continue to follow for our vacation next year. Thank you Sarah and family for sharing your beautiful Chalet!

With the unpredictable weather we have in maine, this lake house was perfect to offer a place to enjoy in any weather type. In the sun on the dock, by the. fire in the shade, on the patio or deck with a beautiful lake view. The spacious interior allowed for our group to spread out and relax.

The property was exactly how the pictures showed! Everything was clean and convenient! Travelled with little kiddos and they had a blast! Rented a boat and it was easy to dock! We will save this listing for future getaways!

Our family had a great weekend! The property was gorgeous and well maintained. It was fully equipped with everything one would need including lots of activities for children. The views of the lake and sunsets were fabulous! We would definitely rent again and highly recommend it to others.

We had an awesome time at the Chalet.. everything was exactly as described..plenty of games and toys for the kids. Even though the weather was not the best(rained 2 out of 3 days) there was plenty to do. The setup of the Chalet was good for kids to be in the game room with Adults on the main level. We had family come from across the globe..Australia and totally enjoyed it! My grandson’s loved fishing off the newly built dock! We would LOVE to go back someday!!

house fit 9 of us so perfectly with still plenty of space to hangout and gather - we enjoyed the fire pit by the water for amores, ricks cafe (only a 7min drive), and personally loved the comfort of the entire home! The host was so responsive and kind - highly recommend staying here!

Paid a premium price, but disappointed. Poorly maintained. Basic housekeeping okay, but posts missing on deck stair rails, poison ivy near paths, outdoor umbrella had been burned, grill filthy and not usable, door screens ripped, freezer door handle missing, indoor leather ottoman burned, moldy shower curtain, broken ping pong table and equipment & on & on. Plant growth and trash on made lake uninviting.

The property was exactly as advertised! The owners had great communication and the space was great for our big family group. We aren’t boaters so not being able to jump off the dock and swim was a bit disappointing but again, the listing clearly described the water situation. There is a beach down the road but I wouldn’t really call it a beach and not ideal when you have an infant. The game room and outdoor space with the fire pit was a lot of fun and all well maintained. There’s a lot to do in the area within 10-20 min drive.

The Chalet is a welcoming and comfortable space! We enjoyed the views, the fire pit, the dock, and big couch with room for all of us. The games were great to have too.
The house is newer but lacked some elements that I expected to have with this type of nightly rate. Only one of the bedrooms has A/C, and we roasted in the other three at night as it was 90+ degrees and humid. The provided fans helped but we were expecting A/C throughout the house. Some windows and door screens are torn, letting bugs in the house, 1/3 of the grill burners don’t work, and the freezer door handle was missing. There are other little things that were missing or would have been nice; the place just seems a little tired after cycling through a lot of renters.
Still, a nice spot to relax and access Sebago Lake (Sebago Cove is fine for boating but not for swimming!).

The Chalet is beautiful, exactly what we were expecting from the pictures. The rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. We spent a lot of time on the water, thanks to the dock which we used to keep the boat we rented for the week. It was exactly what we all needed.

The chalet was very clean and had plenty of room for our friends and our children. The water was a little mucky, but we brought a large float to tie to the dock and it was fine! We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at the Sebago Chalet! The place was clean, checking in was super easy and Sarah was very responsive. Sarah also decorated the home for Christmas and left us a nice bottle of wine, which was so kind! We are excited to return!

The only negative was the loud furnace. It was heard all night by the couple in the one bedroom on main level and the bunk bedroom on lower level. Minor inconvenience for needed heat

The Chalet at Sebago Cove was the perfect location for our fall getaway! The house was beautiful, layout was great for our family of four and the outdoor setting was spectacular! Restaurants were a short drive away. The owner was easy to get ahold of and provided quick responses. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely stay. House was clean & well equipped. The downstairs game/TV area great for kids. Kayaks & life vests were ready to go & in all sizes. Furniture was well thought out & comfortable. The sound system around the house was great. The floor to ceiling windows really define this house. We watched beautiful sunsets and really enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Serenity on Sebago Lake
Beautiful & comfortable home with an incredible view! Morning coffee on the (what appears to be) brand new back deck. Easy access to jump in the kayak's (supplied w/house) for a peaceful & picturesque journey around the lake. My younger children enjoyed fishing off the dock & of course s'mores by the fire! The listing/pictures supply a very accurate description. The house is plenty big and comfortable enough for multiple families. We did not really use, but I can see how the game area (lower level) would be perfect to break up outdoor activities during the winter months. Suggestions for improvement: There were multiple holes in the screen sliders on the patio doors. We would have loved to enjoy the fresh air, but feared bugs getting in...we tried, bugs got it, we quickly closed! The grill, although large, is a hot mess to say the least. We tried our best to clean, but did bring grill mats to cover. Considering the price point per night...I would improve upon the quality of the accessories provided in the kitchen, i.e. knives, cutting boards, pots/pans, etc. I would also upgrade the sheets & bedding...again at this price point, I would not expect polyester sheets...and of course this is my opinion! All in all we all very much enjoyed our stay at the Chalet & would recommend to others. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Amazing experience
Such a beautiful property! The owners were so kind and were willing to let us host a small wedding on their property due to covid taking away our original plan. They were very quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay there again!
