Located in Yallingup, this lovely house for $313 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. IONISE is for travellers who want an unique luxurious travel experience. They want to enjoy what nature has to offer - beautiful beaches, natural bush setting, exquisite wineries with the luxury, warmth and comfort of a home away from home. IONISE is adults only. IONISE is a 35 minute drive from Busselton airport Three kingsize bedrooms, with kingsize beds, makes sure that couples travelling together all experience the same level of comfort. Large open plan living, included a wood slow combustion fireplace, 65" Smart TV and Sonos soundbar. All apps loaded for you to access your own accounts easily. Foxtel (sports only). Wifi (NBN) The gourmet kitchen has everything you need for a fantastic dinner party at home with a huge dining table to celebrate with family or friends. In summer alfresco dining on the deck on a balmy night. Outdoor couches to relax and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine with your friends. IONISE is adults only and no pets allowed. Strictly no parties or school leavers due to council regulations. IONISE rates quoted are inclusive of linen and standard cleaning - no extra owner fees on top of the listed rate. We have a three night minimum stay. Reverse cycle air conditioning (for cooling and heating) in the lounge /dining and all of the bedrooms. The bathrooms have infrared heaters for winter. The bedrooms also have overhead ceiling fans for summer. In addition we have a slow combustion fire for winter (May - Oct each year). Please note that the WA government has introduced restrictions on native logging effective 2022/2023 in the region, so availability of firewood cannot be guaranteed. IONISE cares for the environment whilst maintaining all the comforts of modern living. Our water comes from rainwater, we have solar power and batteries installed to meet our energy needs. Bathroom heaters are eco friendly infrared heaters. All bedrooms have kingsize mattresses and luxurious mattress toppers and the cost includes the highest quality linen and bath towels for your stay. We have electric blankets on the beds for winter. Two bathrooms (one with shower only and the other shower and bath) plus an outdoor shower which has both hot and cold water. Bathrooms are equipped with hand wash from Australian brand LEIF. Body wash is also provided. Property is private - set on 7 acres on Australian bush and we share the property with the local kangaroos and bird life. Children over 13 are welcome - maximum 6 guests The Region We are located 5km from Dunsborough which is very convenient for provisions, restaurants, coffee and everything you will need during your stay. The Yallingup General store is less than ten minutes away. Nearest airport - Busselton Airport Some of the best wineries, restaurants and art galleries of the region are all close by (Yarri, Blue Manna Bistro, Chow's Table, Petra Olive Oil, Studio Bistro, Wills Domain, Aravina, Aramia) Both calm and wave beaches are also within a five kilometre radius. Bush walking trails and mountain biking trail in the area with amazing scenery. Popular surfing spots close by. Three hours drive door to door from Perth. The real attraction is the surrounding bush, however combined with the setting and the style, many guests want to stay in and enjoy! House is equipped with the following as standard for your stay:- Bottle of wine from the region, a selection of organic teas, coffee pods (eco friendly) and sugar for your arrival Kitchen items include Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Cling film, Foil, Paper Towel and cleaning products.
