The pool and the view.

- The reception was very complicated because they do NOT speak English (Contrary to what is written on booking) - SPA not available when we arrived at 2:00 p.m., we had to insist several times to obtain the massage service. - Ban on drinking and eating in the rooms. - Ban on takeaway meals at the restaurant (they offered to keep it for the next morning and then lost it over the night…) -Very strict meal schedule the chef even came to the room to pick us up even though we were on time. - No TV in the room. - Very bad quality/price value. Price of a 5 star for basic services.

they did not have supplies like other hotels just a little soup and shampoo that is it no racks to hang clothes

Everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I especially loved the night walk and breakfasts, and the tomahawk steak was the best I've had in months! The lodge is beautiful, and its facilities make it easy to appreciate the beauty of such a biodiverse place. Wifi is also great and there's free coffee/tea all day.

Absolutely amazing view and service. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a Jamaican juice, where we enjoyed the spectacular view for a while before dining in. Rooms are lovely and clean. Can't wait to return.
