Situated in Ammon, this lovely house for $233 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This home is perfect for a couple wanting a romantic retreat or for families wanting to have fun. If you want to stick around the house there’s plenty to do. Let the kids and pets run free in the large fenced yard with swing set while the adults kick back in front of the fire pit or relax in the hot tub. Overall, we had an awesome time. However, we were shocked upon arriving to discover that there were renters in the basement. We had assumed this was a single-story house, expecting to have the entire property to ourselves.
The renters were respectful, but the listing description did not mention this. We likely would have booked elsewhere had I known, as I am a light sleeper, and we were traveling with young children.

My only concern was that we were not aware that there would be an apartment downstairs. Absolutely no problems with them I just think it should be mentioned in the listing.

We spent a lot of time at the house playing games, eating, sitting in hot tub. It was comfortable and clean. The hot tub was a good temperature but the seats were a little slick and slimy feeling. This was a fun weekend away.

My wife had a full knee replacement, and we live full time in a fifth wheel. So we rented this home for a month to allow her to recover. It has a big shower and plenty of room for her walker, and almost no steps, which worked out great for her to get around. It's a beautiful home with all the amenities and a large backyard with a hot tube. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. We go to Idaho Falls usually at least once a year and will probably rent this home again.

We had 11 people in our group and the property said it sleeps 12 so we didn't think it would be a problem. When we arrived there were only 4 beds that sleep 8 total. When I asked about it the owner acted like this was somehow my fault even though I showed her a photo where it says sleeps 12. The fact that I listed 11 people as staying there and she didn't say something during the booking process really bothered me. I could have brought extra bedding or found another place had I known prior to our arrival.

The residence was much nicer than the average rental. Dealing with the owner was super easy and her instructions were simple to understand and follow. The house was in superb condition and very modern. And the price per night was much more reasonable than most other places in the area. Oh and the hot tub was very VERY nice too.

My kids and I stayed for here a couple days. It was well equipped with everything we needed. From kitchen equipment all the way to games and entertainment. House was clean and well maintained. . The best part was the most comfortable beds and pillows. Even my kids noticed. Would recommend this house.

We stayed at the home for a family wedding and gathered there for an early Thanksgiving dinner. The home is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the hosts went out of their way to make sure the kitchen was properly stocked with what we would need to cook a large dinner. It was a great experience!

House was perfect for the trip we wanted to do and was close to all needed necessities. Hot tub was fantastic for our kids to have fun in and fenced in backyard worked perfect for the dogs. House is pretty much brand new and in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was easy to contact and very easy to deal with. Recommend this house if you are looking to stay in Idaho Falls and want a quiet nice place to hang out at.

Home was correctly advertised, the property manager is very responsive and accommodating with our pets. Home was clean and the hot tub was fantastic on cold nights. Only suggestion I would recommend is more forks (we only had 4, haa) and more kitchen cleaning products (new sponges, counter spray, etc). The location of the home is 15 minutes or less to the following attractions: Snake River, Museum, Zoo, and Aquarium!!! Great family getaway.

This home will go down as one of our preferred homes on VRBO. Often we book a home in an area with the intent of primarily sleeping, etc. The destination (eg beach, mountains, city, etc) is the reason for the vacation. This trip was all about spending time with family and the space served great in that purpose. All needed supplies were there

It was perfect. The adult kids were in the hot tub every night laughing and talking. It warms my heart to hear them so happy. Everyone wanted to come over. The beds were nice and comfy. My grands came and played on the swing set. We barbequed and had stores at night, enjoying the fire pit. I can't recommend highly enough. 8 min. From Walmart and the mall. 14 min from other downtown activities. Nice area.

The location and ease of check-in was great. Would have liked to know there was a basement prior to renting, because during our stay we weren’t sure if someone was living down there. Back yard and play set was a nice touch. Easy access to all aspects of Idaho falls and surrounding areas. Overall a great property.

Cute and clean house. Everything was as advertised. We had a great relaxing stay, the hot tub was amazing! The beds and pillows are super comfy and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Krista was a great host! She responded very fast and fixed the small issues we had immediately. While getting ready yo check out, we accidentally threw one of our bags away, but didn't notice until we got home to Utah. I contacted Krista, she went to the house and got our bag for us that night. She said she was coming to Utah the next day and offered to bring it down with her, saving us a 3 hour trip back up there!! We will definitely stay here again should we travel to Idaho Falls again!
