Stove smoked up the home No handle on Fridge Dishwasher did not work First floor bath toilet ran Shower had mold and mildew 2nd floor shower had mold and mildew on shower curtain No gas for grill had to buy our own Grill was so greasy it caught on fire Called to ask for service, received a text but no one came to fix any of the issues

Think it should have been cleaned better. Had 5 guests for 4 nights and 4 guests for the last 7 nights. We ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher soap. Should have been better supplied. You cant beat the location though.

Some of the Properties main features were "oversold". The pictures looked nice- but when we got there, the house was essentially snowed in, un-shoveled walks, there was a mice or squirrel infestation issue above one of the bedrooms that may have lead to a subsequent (or known?) plumbing issue (there was definately a plubming issue- not sure if critters were the cause). Whatever was infesting the insides of the house SMELLED HORRIBLE.

We had a wonderful time. Loved how the house is nestled under the trees and how the deck looks over the lake for a picture perfect view! We really appreciate the cleanliness of the home as well. Thank you for a lovely week!

Beautiful setting!

Beautiful setting!

The setting was absolutely beautiful! The view of the lake and the surrounding fall foliage was gorgeous. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a lovely getaway. We loved the hot tub, and enjoyed taking the kayaks out for a paddle.

the house is great! wonderful views of the lake, the house is spacious and comfy. the hot tube and for pitt are icing on the cake. we had a great relaxing time and it's pet friendly!!! we will definitely come back!

It appears that the hot tub hadn't been working for quite some time, we were not told until we got there. Probably because that was the reason we booked there over other places. Also, lots of spiders! That said, it is a beautiful location and we did enjoy our stay

We had a great weekend. The frozen lake was a beautiful wake up view, and we were close enough to the mountain to get there and be among the first chairs. We would love to come back!

First the good - the property is at an excellent location with great views of Lake Rescue. It was an easy five minute drive to Okemo for skiing. The fireplace kept the home nice, cozy and warm. Now the bad - the condition of the property was just okay - furniture was very dated and worn. In addition, there were only 3 forks in the house and the DVD player on the second floor was not in good working order for the kids. Water pressure was so-so. Most importantly, there was no railing down the stairs to enter the property - difficult for grandparents and little ones in icy conditions. And there is no washing machine for guest use - something we had not noticed until we got there. Thus, we had to make two runs to the Ludlow laundry to wash clothes. We called Vacasa regarding the fork issue and were promised a call back from the property manager but we did not receive one.

This house was absolutely perfect when we arrived it was very clean,and as soon as you walk in you get this beautiful view of the lake.There was plenty of things to do to keep the little ones entertained such as bored games.I only wish that we had booked it for much longer.

The locations was spectacular. Boats, kayaks, inner tubes etc were much appreciated and allowed us to really enjoy the lake. A true camp by the lake. A lovely part of the world and Vermont. 2 of the beds were very comfortable and there were ample towels to use. The kitchen had almost anything you could ever need except forks.

We absolutely loved this lake house. It was everything I was looking for and more for a group of 9 friends for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed the kayaks, eating on the deck, swimming in the lake, the floaties in the garage, and most especially the hot tub with a view of the lake was an added bonus!! Absolute perfection, and the hosts were lovely and generous with their home.
