Located in Goughs Bay, this charming house for $148 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Kaishua House has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large open plan living area with 8-seater dining table, reverse-cycle air conditioning, great wood fire and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and coffee machine (we supply pods). There is also a huge outdoor deck with BBQ. Ideal location to relax with the family and enjoy the outdoors. Lake Eildon is only a few hundred meters from the house and Mt Buller ski resort is less than 1 hour drive away. There is excellent fishing close by in the Lake or Delatite river. The local zoo is a fantastic place for all the family. Take away food and a general store is available in Goughs Bay. Mansfield is just 15 minutes drive away with a variety of restaurants and shops, including 2 supermarkets. Kaishua House has 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 Queen size bed and full en-suite with toilet Bedroom 2 Queen size bed Bedroom 3 2 single beds and Single bunks room sleeps 4 people Linen: We provide doonas and pillows for all beds and ask guests to BYO linen (top and bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels). We supply tea towels, dishcloths and bathmats. Cleaning: We ask guests to leave the house clean and tidy on departure and all cleaning products are supplied. You also pay an $80 cleaning fee as we always have a cleaner go through the house after your departure to ensure the house is clean and well stocked for the next guests. 10 - 20% discount for bookings 7 days or longer.

Great family accommodation in a good location

all the needs for a family stay have been thought out well. Ski equipment, bird spot, games and dvd's, everything! It's the ideal spot to stay if visiting Mansfield or Mt. Buller Pls take really rugged quilts and portable heaters as it does get cold!

Great host, was very friendly and the location to the lake was fantastic. A great spot to stay for a weekend away fishing or a family getaway.

House was lovely but if your travelling with small kids it takes a while to heat up and the bedroom on the laundry side is very very cold. Also the kitchen sponges for washing dishes looked very old and needed replacing, it was quite gross to look at and no one wanted to touch them. Otherwise the house was kid friendly and neat and tidy , nice area to stay in as well.

Kids enjoyed feeding the birds each afternoon on the deck. We enjoyed the fire place the first night. Mansfield Zoo is very close and was a great experience for all. Overall we had a relaxing and joyful time.

We stay each year in this little gem. Our family love this quietness, the big large deck at the back and the homely feel. Super functional house with the 2 bathrooms, and is always clean and fresh. We highly recommend Kaishua House.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kaishua House. Very warm and cosy, peaceful location too. Highly recommended for holiday, no matter how short or long! The children's toys and books were loved by my three year old. The welcome chocolates were a nice little bonus. Thank you to Kyrstie and Jeff for sharing your house with us, we'll be recommending it to our friends.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very accommodating for a large group. The location was great, a little away but not too far from many attractions. The children enjoyed feeding the birds and the board games. It was also very inviting as the heater was already going upon arrival and saved us a little money as we used the houses toboggans and a couple pieces of snow gear. We have already recommended to friends and family.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Beautiful king parrots and Crimson rosellas in the back everyday. Loved going for a walk everyday to the lookout and around the lake.
