The location was good - view was amazing however the unit was very very dirty. The furniture is soiled and the carpets are filthy. The pull out couch could not be used as it was dirty. All moldings, ceiling fans, inside drawers, window screens were very dirty. The housekeeping cleans the hard surfaces like tables and floors and tile but that is all. Renovation was being done on the condo stairs so there was loud noise 2 days, however the owner did make a quick call and it was resolved after a short time of loud noise. I reached out to the owner about the lack of cleanliness with photos but got no response.

Myself, husband, and 2 kids(7 & 11) loved this place. It was amazing! It has such a beautiful view from the lanai(peaceful and quiet every morning and evening) and living room. It's just steps from the beautiful beach and water. They have chairs, towels, and beach toys ready for you. We saw dolphins swim by and manatees swam right in front of us. There are sand dollars everywhere out on the sand bar. The beach was not crowded. There are plenty of stores and restaurants close by. We walked to the ugly grouper restaurant. The condo was awesome as well; beautiful, spacious, nicely decorated. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The only little downfall is that there is not alot of space to get to the dryer, so you have to be small or have a kid do it. Upon arrival, we thought we couldn't get the lockbox for the keys open (we put in wrong #), so we called and he answered right away. So I know if there was an actual issue or problem, they would respond and get it taken care of asap. I would definitely return. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

This is the most wonderful condo! Super awesome location and beach is not crowded…the condo is stocked with all the silly little things that u need when u visit and you hate to buy it all! Obvious the owners enjoy some time there and are kind enough to share their home with us! Anna Maria island is our new favorite place! Not a fan of crowds and high rises…this is old school and just perfect! LOVE LOVE LOvE! Thank you for allowing us to visit!!!

This is the most wonderful condo! Super awesome location and beach is not crowded…the condo is stocked with all the silly little things that u need when u visit and you hate to buy it all! Obvious the owners enjoy some time there and are kind enough to share their home with us! Anna Maria island is our new favorite place! Not a fan of crowds and high rises…this is old school and just perfect! LOVE LOVE LOvE! Thank you for allowing us to visit!!!

Great Vacation
We have never been to AMI and found this condo through a random search. The condo was great! The location is perfect for exploring the island, walking to the public beach for food/drinks at theTiki Bar or just sit on the beach and relaxing. We loved that we could walk to the marina and local restaurants. The island is very family friendly and we plan on coming back in the future. We had a wonderful time!

Excellent unit, great location. When we had a few minor issues the property manager was very responsive, very helpful, and fixed it. We would definitely recommend this place.

The unit is nicely decorated in a great location with super easy beach access from the balcony. A storage room below holds plenty of chairs and several beach umbrellas so you don’t have to haul those with you. There was a selection of good books to enjoy, which always makes a stay even nicer! The owners are very nice, calling mid week to check on our stay. Additionally, a very pleasant man in charge of the cleaning helped me arrange the return of an item I left behind. He was very kind and I would not hesitate to return to this beautiful unit!

The condo was in an ideal location. Beautiful views and right on the beach. We loved the screened lanai to enter from the beachside. The condo was well-stocked with needed items and plenty of linens. The owner was available and so helpful. Would definitely return!

This property was very comfortable and nicely furnished. I enjoyed the sunsets daily which were very visible from the home spectacularly reflecting upon the waters of the ocean. The peaceful atmosphere and well laid plan of the property provided an easy and inspirational environment for writing. .

There is even a storage unit underneath with chairs, umbrellas, and floats. The unit is located in a less traveled area of the island so you won’t feel crowded or overrun on the beach or road. We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It was clean and had a lot of room. It was a short walk to the beach straight from our balcony down one flight of stairs. The owner was gracious and responded quickly to any questions we had. There was more than enough towels and supplies when we arrived. We all loved the condo and AMI as it was our first time to this beautiful island! I highly recommend this condo!!

Condo was really clean and had everything we could need for our stay; master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The beach and the view are unbeatable; Holmes Beach is one of the nicest I've ever been to in Florida. Great location!

The condo was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean and very comfortable. The location was excellent. This stretch of beach is much less crowded than the two more public beaches to the north and south. Loved spending time on the beach outside the condo and loved spending time inside the condo! Thanks for the excellent accommodations!

This is the life!
We have been visiting AMI for several years now and we have always stayed at this condo. It's so amazing to have your own slice of paradise overlooking the gulf. You can't beat the location and the condo itself is truly immaculate. The bathrooms sparkle, the kitchen is pristine, and bedrooms are perfectly sized. You really feel like you're on a luxury vacation! Soft, silky sand, dolphin spectacles, and to-die-for sunsets. Pure bliss! It's just perfect!
