Superb

Small with interesting decor. Small is not a criticism. Clean with a nice firm mattress.

Google maps got us lost at the last minute. It sent us up a dirt road. Find the castle and look for the blue door across the street and you’re there.

Not quite as expected

The property was nicely located near a public park and there was lots of free street parking nearby.

1. The property was advertised as a one bedroom with a couch. It is really a studio with two rather uncomfortable chairs. 2. Most of the furniture was too big or unnecessary for the space (like the fold up cot we didn’t request and the huge sideboard) so the space was very tight. You had to sit on kitchen chairs if you wanted to watch television as there was no couch (which was advertised as being in the space). 3. There is no usable outdoor space other than the public park across the street.

Nice charming apartments with individuality.

Nice & cosy apartment with lovely details. The place was re-done with a lot of individuality and if you are looking for something else than the stereotypical hotel room, that's your place.

Would be great to have a cattle.

Great apartment for 2 people in excellent location in Palmela

Excellent location in Palmela. Our host Pedro was great at messaging us and very helpful with recommendations of things to do, restaurants etc and also recommended a very reliable taxi driver. The apartment is small but quirkily decorated and very well equipped. Lovely public areas for sitting just opposite the property.

We booked for 3 adults and think it is slightly cramped for that number. We had problems with the sofa bed - either broken or unclear how to assemble. The double bed was also very hard.

There was no fee for a dog. The apartment looks very cute. You can see, that a lot of love was put into the decoration. The location next to the Palmela castle was great.

The WiFi was unstable from time to time. The toilet leaked a bit of water on the floor, when flushing. And although the apartment looks really cute, the amount of decoration makes it hard to place your own items in a meaningful spot. The bed was very uncomfortable: You could feel the springs from the mattress poking into your back.

Perfect hideaway

Well designed and furnished - has everything you need for a short stay; great location; parking possible around the corner; easy check-in & check-out. Absolutely recommending.

Suggestion: soap in the bathroom is a nice plus to have, especially for short stays or late arrivals it is super conveniente.

Quaint apartment in such a pretty town Palmela!

The apartment was in the perfect location and close enough to drive easily to Lisbon for the day and various other places. It was very quiet and my family and I slept so well.

A nice cozy apartment right next to the castle of Palmela. The apartment has a really cool interior.

Excellent location with an amazing view. The apartment had a really cool interior design which we really liked.

Unfortunately the checking process wasnt so smooth as we did not receive the checking instructions from the host by mail/message and we had to call him at the door. Also the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was too thin and there was a weird mattress topper which felt like hard plastic. The bed sheets were not fitted sheets so they kept coming out during sleep. Other than these complaints, it was an excellent place.

Very bad

The room was very humid with a very moldy smell. We left after first night because is wasn’t possible to sleep under those conditions and the host didn’t refund our money back. Very unsatisfied. Don’t recommend this property at all.

Great location! Nicely decorated and cozy.

The location is great! Just a short distance walk from the castle! It has a kind of a belvedere right in front of the apartment, in a small garden and a real big one at the end of the road, where we watched the sunset :) The apartment is small but really cozy and well decorated and enough for 2 persons and a dog :) It's definitely a plus that you can take your pet with you. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby and, if you have a car, the supermarkets are close.
