Nestled in Madora Bay, this charming house for $92 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our much loved family holiday home has a large balcony on the second story where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent ocean views. We are at the end of a very quiet cul de sac which is 4 houses deep and where there is no obstruction to our view of the ocean right down the road from our house.The track to the beach is directly in front of our house on the beach road. Because we are at the end of the cul de sac, this is a great place to bring the family where they can use their roller skates and learn to ride their bikes away from the traffic. It is also a very wide area that provides plenty of car parking spaces and has room for your boat. The backyard which is a huge grassed and shady area,can be used for family games like cricket, volleyball, football, lawn bowls or can be just enjoyed from the undercroft area.It is a very peaceful outlook and it seems that you are miles away from everything but in fact it is just a short distance away from the Perth CBD. We provide a barbecue and also an outdoor hot shower that can be used to remove the sand when returning from the beach. We have ample outdoor table space and seating to enjoy barbecues, good company or just enjoy the peaceful outlook where you can view both the ocean and the calming back yard. Dogs are welcome as they love the large area and are fully fenced in. We are situated an 8 minute drive from the Mandurah foreshore or you can choose to cycle there or even walk along the beach to Mandurah ( with a drink bottle and if you are fit). You can hear the ocean from every room in our house and as soon as you walk into the house it has a holiday feel about it. It also has reverse cycle air-conditioning upstairs and overhead fans plus a wood fire heater. The other rooms have pedestal fans. ROOM LAYOUT: Upstairs: Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen: This is one big room in which we have 2 double lounges in front of the TV and an extra lounge to one side, 2 dining room tables and the kitchen.The door from this room is a sliding door that leads out onto the balcony and the windows face the ocean. The main bedroom has a sliding door that opens onto the balcony as well and the other upstairs bedroom has a window that faces the backyard. Downstairs: Bathroom,separate toilet,laundry,2 bedrooms and the entry to the upstairs rooms. The house has one bathroom and this has a huge shower recess and a vanity.Separate toilet. The Laundry is walk through and has a washing machine, clothes dryer and laundry cupboard. We also have a washing line at the rear of the house. WE SUPPLY: Ample crockery, cutlery, cookware and serving dishes to cater for 9 guests.We have a microwave oven, DVD player and in the garage we have a table tennis table and additional fridges for your convenience and entertainment. NEARBY: There is good fishing at Madora Bay. Tailor. Herring and Whiting can be caught off the beach. We have a very large playground close to the beach for the children that has a playground and also a pump park.Golden Bay, which is very close, has a skate park . 3 quality golf courses nearby and the Meadow Springs shopping centre which is 5 minutes away by car on Mandurah Road.We also have the Madora Bay Tavern on Madora Beach Road for any essential items and the Lakelands Shopping Centre directly across Mandurah Road from Madora Bay and Meadow Springs on the way to Mandurah. BOND and CHECK IN/ OUT Early check in and late check out can often be arranged ( on request and subject to availability). We do ask that the premises be left as clean as when you arrived and we will issue a leaflet setting out what to expect when you arrive and what to lock, turn off and clean on departure,this does help to minimize costs to you. We will not book any schoolies or large groups of people or parties and we ask that no tents or campervans are erected or parked in the backyard. The house is a non- smoking house. There are permanent residents nearby and we ask that the noise be turned down after 10.00pm.
