The view, the design of the place, the location
The toilet and shower make a crazy sound. Also there were very loud kids next door running up and down the halls

Didn't eat breakfast. Location spectacular, world class, felt like we were in the harbor.
room small but everything worked. Great for us, maybe not with young kids.

the location and the breakfast are the 2 very strong points for this hotel.
there is no airdonditioning and the windows almost do not open. we had a room on the interior side, where there is no wind at all. not possible to sleep in this kind of conditions. also there was a lot of noice, as other guests clearly also could not sleep.
