Apartments NELICA consist of 2 apartments, one for 4 people and one for 8 people. It's possible to book each apartment separately or a combination of both apartments, whatever suits your needs. The one-bedroom apartment for 4 people is located on the ground floor and it has a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The four-bedroom apartment for 8 people is located on the second floor. It has a kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony. Both apartments are equipped with WiFi and air condition. Parking space is available on site. AIR CONDITIONING: 8 EUR/DAY for 8 people apartment or 5 EUR/DAY for 4 people apartment (optional) SECURITY DEPOSIT: 480 EUR Upon your arrival you are obligated to leave a security deposit of 480 EUR which will be returned to you at the end of your stay after your apartment has been checked. In case of any damages, please inform it to the host or to SUNTURIST agency.
