This 5 bedroom vila consists of a main building and a separate garden annex – both spread over two floors. The main building has a spacious indoor lounge area with a guest washroom and kitchen on the ground floor. One of the three master bedrooms is also located on the ground floor and can be accessed either via the lounge or the garden. The other two master bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the main building which can be reached via a staircase from the lounge. The rooftop terrace with a seating area can be reach be in additional staircase on the first floor. Both guest rooms a re located in the garden annex, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Indoor The villas design has been done very clever with beautiful transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. The bright lounge is a great example, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and plenty of fresh air coming in. The dark concrete floors, earthy furnishings and beautiful art pieces provide an creative contrast with the rest of the villas modern minimalist design. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a beautiful corner sofa and a huge flat-screen TV. Adjacent the lounge is a spacious kitchen with all modern convenience. Three Master Bedrooms The villa has three very large master bedrooms located in the main building, one of the master bedroom comes with a king-size bed and the other two have queen-size beds. All master bedrooms come with separate toilet and ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and double vanity. The downstairs master bedroom’s ensuite also has a semi-outdoor section with a lovely stone bathtub that overlooks a private patio garden. The two master bedrooms upstairs have an outdoor terrace with awesome views over the garden and the surrounding neighborhood. Two Guest Bedrooms The two guest bedrooms in the garden annex are mirror images of each other and have split queen-size beds.
