About this house rental
Charming townhouse only minutes from downtown, Williams-Brice Stadium (University of South Carolina Football), and Fort Jackson. Right off of I-77 for a quick commute to anywhere in Columbia and located in a beautiful neighborhood. The townhouse features a fully functional kitchen with enough pots, pans, and utensils to cook a full meal. Perfect for longer stays, so please check the weekly and monthly discounted rates. If you're not much of the cooking type, the townhouse is an area with plenty of bars and restaurants within a five minute drive. There is ample parking around the townhouse. Two cars are able to park in the back and there is plenty of parking on the street. This isn't a busy neighborhood so there really is never any issue of finding a place to park.

We got together with old friends for a Gamecock Football game and a weekend of reconnecting. This townhouse was perfect for us! It was immaculately clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is pleasant, quiet and safe. We will book with them again whenever we return to Columbia.

I love the decor of this property, the convenience of the restroom on the entry level floor. Access to the streaming channels and I must include the rocking chair my granny enjoyed while having her coffee in the morning.

felt safe in the area, great parking, 2nd bedroom mattress rock hard, sheets thin, pillows/bedding not great qualify, no headboards on either bed, living room furniture uncomfortable, sole small tv in living room with only netflix and hulu, lack of warmth/decor, no furniture on front pouch to sit on, to sum it up "no frills". great communication from property manager and easy check in. would not book again.

Three of us stayed for a couple of nights while we went to the Master’s practice round. Very clean, comfortable, great neighborhood, easy access to the highways.
The owner/manager was exceptional in her communication and response to any questions we have.
If we are lucky enough to obtain Master’s tickets in the future we will return!!!

My daughter and I came down to new admitted students day at U of SC. This home was perfect for us. It was more than what we needed but most importantly close to campus, clean safe and impeccably kept. The owner even provided us with soaps, coffee, dish detergent, water, and a few snacks. We will definitely be back over the next four years.

My group of 5 and I had a wonderful stay at Blanche’s property. Communication was excellent, checking in and out was a breeze, and the location was perfect for getting to USC’s football stadium. This is our second year staying here and we will be back as long as it’s still listed!

This was a very convenient place for us to stay for a few days. We spent one day in Congaree National Park and one day at Lake Murray (Dreher Island State Park) and the location in between was ideal. Also close to downtown, shopping, restaurants, etc. It is in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The house is spotless and has plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc.

Rooms were sparse as were blank wall space. Only one bedside table in master bedroom. Only 1 towel rack so we had to hang towels in the closet over hangers to dry. We wanted to watch the live NCAA basketball Final Four game, but the remote controls didn’t work. Batteries?
No lamps in main living room so overhead light was the only option.
We used paper towel for coffee maker when we didn’t find filters. It was nice that 4 water bottles were available in the fridge.
We liked the location, pretty neighborhood, and stayed there for the locale which was close to family and we were there for a family event. Entrance and security felt simple and safe. All in all, our stay was enjoyable and glad for the alternative to a hotel.
