Twins on top and full beds on bottom that sleeps 6 children); with shared full bath (tub/shower). Streaming cable TV and Wi-Fi. On demand hot water heater, so no possibility of running out of hot water. Located directly across from public park with splash fountain and play set (ideal for children of all ages). Within 4 blocks of the beach and historic downtown area dining and entertainment. Our last booking cancelled on us 4 days before and we were scrambling to find a rental to accommodate us. I came across 2 and chose this one. Thankful we did! It was perfect location and spacious for us! The park across the street was perfect for my kids to run off energy. Next time we come to visit our family again we will look at booking this rental again! No issues!

This is a very clean and newly renovated place in Bay St Louis, MS. It’s near most of the attractions on the MS Gulf Coast. The playground across the street was perfect for young kids. There is a grocery store and pizza place within 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at Robin's property several times. It will continue to be our first choice for a place to stay in BSL. The host, Robin is wonderful and accommodating. The house is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I definitely recommend.

My children, my sister and my brother, loved this property. It was enough room for us all to exist and still have time to ourselves. We were unaware that the property was a duplex until a few days before arriving, but we didn't have any conflicts with the other tenants and barely heard them at all. I would definitely recommend this property to other family and friends.

This was perfect for our family of 5 on our first real family vacation. There was plenty of space for all the kids, and everything you would want/need in the house. The location was great (kids loved the playground and splashpad across the street), and the easy drive to downtown BSL and the beach was great. Communication with Robin was excellent! Can't wait to come back to stay again next summer!

Four coworkers and I stayed here while working in the area for a weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The location was quiet and away from traffic and noise (not that there's much of that in BSL) but still super convenient. The house was spotless and beautiful. Check in and check out was easy. I honestly have not a single complaint and would recommend it. Thanks so much!

2 friends with 8 kids between us. This place is perfect. Plenty of beds for all. Well cared for home with a park across the street that was a great place to rinse sand off from the day at the beach. The house has everything you could need for your stay. The town and area is nice and a fun place to visit. We are discussing our next stay.
