About this house rental
Our home is loaded with every convenience to make your stay pleasant from dishes to linens. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath home features an in-ground heated pool kept at 82* and privacy screen lanai. Sit and relax by the pool with your cup of coffee or glass of wine. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. Master has queen and private bath with stand up shower. Guest room has queen and set of bunk beds (twin size). Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, washer & dryer, wifi, cable TV, patio furniture and gas grill. Great location…8 nearby golf courses, Suncoast walking/biking trail, Pine Island beach, Sunwest Beach and Fun Park, beautiful Honeymoon Island, Homosassa Springs Manatee Park, Weeki Wachee Springs scenic kayak river and Mermaid Water Park, and Tarpon Springs are only minutes away. Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and Legoland are 60 minutes away. Disney World and all the Orlando attractions are 90 minutes away.

This home belonged to my Father In-Law & Mother In-Law before selling to current owner. Very familiar with the home and we felt at home during our stay. We had my Mother In Law spend a day with us while we were there she loved being back and loved what the new owners has done to the home. We will definitely be back actually taking our granddaughters back towards the end of July.

House was very clean and the pool was amazing! Enclosure was nice as it provided privacy and kept bugs out. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Easy check in/out. Didn't experience a single problem during our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

We took a long weekend from Ohio to this rental and it was a great stay. We enjoyed the pool, plenty of bedding and the house was stocked with everything that was needed. Walmart and Publix are mins away for anything else. We will definitely be back.

Great getaway
We took a long weekend from Ohio to this rental and it was a great stay. We enjoyed the pool, plenty of bedding and the house was stocked with everything that was needed. Walmart and Publix are mins away for anything else. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay to visit family nearby.
The house was perfect for us for what we needed after a long road trip. We enjoyed the lanai and pool and our dog loved the fenced in yard!

The house was clean and furniture updated. The pool is quite large, private and heated.. a plus. We had neighbors on either side and behind but never heard a peep! It was a very nice stay. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Bed linen.. clean! Paul was very easy to work with and communication was great! Thank you

We arrived Saturday night and we realized right away something was going on by Sunday all was good Paul came out and corrected the issue. We believe because of the storms the modem was struck by lightning so he took the modem and router to the store and quickly had us 5g. The house was fully stocked with everything you needed. One of the best stays I've had!

Property was nice, well stocked. Enjoyed our stay. Paul the property manager was great, ac wasnt cooling, he had someone right out to fix it it and checked with us to make sure it was working.

The house had everything we needed. The owner was great about communicating with us. The house was clean, beds were made when we got there, linens were provided. All the comforts of home. :)

We had an excellent experience! The only thing that could have made it better would have been lights inside the pool. The house was well stocked with everything you might need for a Florida vacation.

Springhill Florida vacation
Really easy check in. Home is a nice size. Needs some updating, tv in Master bedroom would be nice. The coffee maker is a pain, needs to be updated.
Grandkids LOVED the large POOL.
Will be renting again next time in that area. Paul was very helpful, had locked myself out he helped with that and was great on anything that needed attention. .

First Family Vaca
We absolutely loved the property we stayed at. The house was super clean, there were plenty of towels and plates and essentials that you would need while being in your own home. The pool was clean and refreshing. All-in-all we have a great time and felt right at home in this vacation rental.

Spring Hill
The house was pretty much what you saw in the VRBO description.
It was very clean, always a concern, but not here. Everything worked fine. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc. We had one or two minor concerns and Paul answered my texts promptly and courteously.
The automatic lock box worked perfectly. The pool was wonderful.
A new coffee pot would be my only real suggestion for improvement.
