We had the best weekend staying here. I cooked all our meals and was delighted to have a gas range and perfectly appointed little kitchen. The bed and sofa were cozy. Plenty of privacy and adorable neighborhood for a walk. Very kind owners and easy to communicate with.

We so enjoyed the location, the neighborhood, the lovely home away from home. It had everything we needed and we were only a short drive to Switzer Mtn. And we were able to drive to the swinging bridge in Montana. We will definitely stay again, when we come to visit.

We loved our stay in Sandpoint. The cottage was perfect, very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time exploring the surrounding areas. The weather was amazing! I’d definitely stay there again!

This property is impeccable with very attentive owners. The craftsmanship of the apartment is top of the line and the layout is perfect. We have never stayed at a property so clean and well-maintained. Matt the owner checked in on us throughout our stay and made some wonderful restaurant recommendations. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great location, awesome apartment and owners. Loved it!

This spacious apartment was exactly what we hoped for when booking our Sandpoint vacation. The amenities were endless. With the fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer, this rental had all the comforts of home. The neighbors(property owners) were very accommodating and helpful. Malina and Matt gave us several recommendations on places to visit while in town. We are already planning our next stay!

This is a lovely apartment! It was super clean, in a really cute neighborhood about a 15-20 min walk from downtown, and the hosts are wonderful. They checked on us to make sure we had what we needed, and gave us advice on places to visit. This will be the first place I check when I come back to Sandpoint for another visit.

My 12 yo daughter and I stayed for a few days in this dream VRBO. The owners were so nice and the space is quiet, clean and worked out great for us! I can’t say enough about this property. The reviews I read when looking to book our trip were 100% spot on! Joanna Gaines would stay here! DO NOT hesitate booking this rental if you are looking in the Sandpoint or surrounding areas! It will not disappoint!

What a great place! And very communicative owners too. It is very modern with everything you should need. Don't be nervous about it being above the garage, we never heard anything, you would never know. We loved it and wish it was available for our next stay, unfortunately it is already rented. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved this cute place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend in Sandpoint...even Netflix and A/C. Close to everything downtown like shops and restaurants and the beach, but we enjoyed using the kitchen to cook delicious grass fed steak from Winter Ridge Natural Foods down the street. Perfect place to hang after a day of paddle boarding or hiking.

This was the perfect getaway spot-close to downtown Sandpoint and located in a very quiet neighborhood. Well stocked with kitchen items so easy to make meals. Looks to be recently renovated so very clean. Would definitely visit again!

Our entire experience was first class. The apartment is totally private, separate from the hosts’ home. It is immaculately clean with luxurious linens and even huge beach towels, as the beach is a five minute walk through a lovely neighborhood of primarily historic homes. The kitchen is fully equipped and the king sized bed comfortable. Our hosts, Matt and Malina, were friendly and responsive but never intrusive. Ideal for a couple, small family, or up to four very friendly adults. We hope to stay again.

This property was the perfect spot for us to explore Sandpoint including a couple trips up to Schweitzer mountain. The apartment is very convenient, clean, well appointed with a full kitchen beautiful bathroom, and even a washer and dryer. We slept so well on the comfortable bed, we had a hard time getting up in the morning! Malina and her husband are wonderful hosts!

The apartment was very clean and homey feeling! The up to date, modern feel was just what we were looking for! We did not want to get out of bed in the morning because, the bed was incredibly comfortable! (We meant to ask what type of bed it was...) One of the best night sleeps we have had in a long time! The rain shower was a nice addition. The apartment had everything we needed! The owners live next door, which made the check-in process run very smoothly! They proved to be very helpful in knowing where to dine, and what to do locally! They were approachable and easy to talk to! The apartment, located within a few blocks of downtown Sandpoint, made it a nice central location for the beach, shopping, and dining! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Gorgeously designed, yet super comfortable and friendly. Stocked with everything you need for a great trip -- crisp sheets, luxurious towels, well-appointed kitchen. Walking distance to the lake and downtown. Much more spacious than it looks in the photos! Fantastic, responsive hosts who are nearby but the unit feels wonderfully private. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Sandpoint. Loved it!
