The Neighborhood:

Aldea Thai is perfectly located a block away from Mamitas, Coralina, and Tata Beach Clubs, and 2 blocks from the famous 5th Avenue (Quinta Avenida), where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes and more. You’re also close to Calle Corazón, Quinta Alegría shopping mall, and 38th Street, making it easy to explore everything Playa del Carmen has to offer. Whether you're lounging at the beach, shopping, or enjoying local dining spots, this neighborhood has everything you need for an exciting getaway.



Getting Around:

Located just a short 1-hour drive from Cancun’s International Airport, Aldea Thai offers the perfect base to explore Playa del Carmen and the Yucatán Peninsula.



You’re only a 15-minute walk to the Cozumel ferry terminal, making day trips to the island a breeze. Plus, the ADO bus station is just 15 minutes on foot, connecting you to the region’s top destinations. Venture out to discover iconic spots like Chichen Itza, the stunning cenotes, and Xcaret, or enjoy the convenience of onsite parking to explore the area at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

Preventive pool maintenance is scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays. Aldea Thai management staff will need to access the property to complete this service. There is no fixed time, as visits depend on the condominium’s operation. Please allow access and leave the keys available when needed so maintenance can be completed without inconvenience.



Even though it's not the norm, you might experience sporadic noise from renovations in nearby condos.



Stays of 21 nights or longer require a mandatory cleaning service every 21 days. The fee is $60 USD per cleaning, charged every 21 days for the duration of your stay.



There is a penalty fee of $12 USD per lost bracelet or one not returned to reception.



A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short-term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 7 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check-out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property, and close all windows and doors when you use it.



We are happy to assist you with other services such as airport transfers, housekeeping, tour information and booking, car rental, and more. All of these services can be booked before your arrival. We are here to help you relax during your vacation.



We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out- if you would like to arrange grocery delivery, just let us know!



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required before check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.



House Rules

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's grounds.

- Renters agree to cover any charges related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please use the safe inside the condo for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.

- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. Glasses, glass bottles, food, or coolers are not allowed in the pool; the use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed.

- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.



Services such as electricity, water, and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
