Very centrally located with a street view of Corso Cavour. Seamless self-check in, clean room.
Could be a bit noisy since it faces a main street so I suggest taking earplugs with you. This could also be a good suggestion for host to offer them for guests in a pre-packed format.

Quite central accomodation, near the train station and not far from the old town. Many caffè around & also shops. Nice for 1 or 2 nights.
The bathroom was quite dirty and there was no tea, only coffee in the kitchen

Location, host was very responsive, AC, comfy bed
Very noisy (street + someone in the building watched tv very loudly until like 3am), ants, shower didn't have a hose, there was mold in the bathroom, the shower didn't really drain, there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom, no plates and cutlery
