At extreme climate conditions staff tried to provide comfortable stay.

When power failed the generators were not able to hear the bed heaters.

The behaviours of the staff.

But room is not protected enough from cold. Staffs are well friendly but not professional enough. Breakfast arrangements were not with buffet.
