Lovely staff, clean, 2 bathrooms in the 8 bed dorm, good breakfast.
Bathroom only had bar soap, it wasn’t an issue as I was the only one there (travelling off season), but with more people I think liquid would be better. Everything else was great.

Near to the Quang Ninh Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Center. Good to Stroll along the seaside.

Room was as advertised, and staff were friendly.
There were no Breakfast options, just got a egg sandwich. The facilities listed were not included (pool table, table tennis and picture of a jacuzzi). The location was poor with very little to do in the area, both my group and another group struggled to find activities within a 30 minute walk of the hostel.
