The location and parking for the car

That the apartment was very different from what we expected. Beds were terrible, impossible to sleep.

Very large appartment (we got an unexpected upgrade) was new and very well designed and appointed. Easy to reach from the highway, and ample parking space Walking distance to historic city centre

The hotel is still being built along a very busy road. Reception, various corridors and shared areas were basically still a building site, but building activities did not disburb us. Keycards were not in the keylocker upon arrival. It took a phonecall from a builder to get to reception staff in a hidden office to give us the cards. Good sound isolation to the outside, but internally walls are thinner and noisy neighbours can be an issue

The property is very easy to find and very accessible from the highway. It was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. We went there with our dog, and had no problems.

The bed was too soft but that‘s a very personal choice. It‘s not a negative comment.

it is next to a VERY loud street, even with all windows closed. there is a separate AC, which needs you to open the window (impossible to sleep for me personally)

Location is very good. The apartment was clean and also the furniture was new.

The room did not have the opportunies written on the internet ( two beds, dishwasher, toaster etc.) Also, there was a renovation in the apartment. the staff was right in front of our window. we couldnt open window as it was too much noise and dusty. They were changed after we requested a room change. I think they should never have rented that room anyway. We had to move the items and place them a second time.

We booked the room with garden (back yard) view. As a result we took unsolicited free “upgrade” to the bigger room with the main noisy road windows. That was quite uncomfortable for us because we travelled with 2 y.o child.

The apartment is excellent in all regards. The communication with the host was very nice and helpful. 10 out of 10.

It was detail oriented in design, very cozy. Bathroom incredibly modern and spacious. The owner is building a larger project with hotel rooms and eager to share ideas with us. Very kind with stocked little fridge. Felt at home. It’s very difficult to find anything comparable in the same town !

Loved it. Though for us it was in the heat of summer and an electric fan could be helpful in the future. It’s an apartment hotel concept so please note it’s not full service, which we were okay with.
