Comfortable home with everything we needed was provided. Very close to the beach!

Great place to spend a weekend!

We stayed at Patrick's for my best friend's Bachelorette weekend. The place is spacious and very nice. Patrick was very communicative. The house is a less than 5 minute walk from the beach and centrally located my tons of food choices. Full bathrooms in every room plus one downstairs. A big kitchen. Comfy living room. I live locally, but I definitely plan to stay again.

We rented this house to stay in Fort Lauderdale for a wedding. The rental agreement listed on the Vrbo websites states “It’s very important not to make noise OUTSIDE after 10PM. If you are inside with the music on and all windows and doors closed, you won’t bother any residents and so you will have a great stay.” Regardless of this, the first call by the owner was made at 7:09PM where we agreed that we would keep the music down although it was before 10PM and we remained indoors which I’m sure can be proven by this security system that is “outside of the house.” We left to attend the wedding at around 8PM and returned to the house at midnight. Because I wanted to respect the wishes of the owner and neighbors, we kept the music extremely low and remained in the family room talking and enjoying our time together until I received the rudest call at 2:34AM from the owner saying, “now you have woken me from sleep.” I explained to the owner that I did not appreciate his attitude as I was very understanding and made sure that I kept the noise controlled. Not to mention we were “inside with the music on and all windows and doors closed” so we wouldn’t “bother any residents and so you will have a great stay.” Overall, this was the absolute worst stay I have ever had at a rental property from any home rental websites. After we ended on the phone, I thought the issue would be resolved but instead I received numerous disrespectful text messages saying that I am disturbing his time with his family when this was a complete inconvenience for me and my family. He also decided to charge me for more people when there was not the amount of people he suggested and it also made me wonder how he got this information if his cameras are supposed to only be outside to the entrance of the house. We did not feel safe staying here whatsoever.

Charges you for every little thing. Never heard of a charge for leaving after 10AM & it was 10:04AM. Also was charged using the pots & pans inside the home.

The house is clean and comfortable. The location is great and the host was superb!

Perfect house! The living area is so beautiful and comfortable, tons of room! For full baths which is amazing! And necessary with lots of females! Patrick was so nice and accommodating. Beach in downtown area are all walking distance. If I’m going to that area again I will definitely be staying here. We had a very nice time!

Location was ok, little bit uncomfortable with the live camera at door all the time and a big sign restriction taped at the door. [I was aware of not having party at all at the house, that'si why I picked it, but wasn'texpected to be so stricted and being monitored 24/7]

Bring extra towels and your own ice!

The house is much bigger than anticipated and beautifully appointed. It far exceeded our expectations. The host was very helpful and communicated with us before and during the stay with a lot of helpful information. The location is great as it is walking distance to activities.

My family and I stayed at Patrick's house over Thanksgiving and we could not be happier with our decision. The house was very open and spacious, very clean and had more than enough room for the six of us. It was an easy 5 min walk to the closest grocery store, beach and about a 5-10 min walk into the main strip of shops and restaurants at Lauderdale-by-the-sea. The house provided the basics in the kitchen, and we were provided plenty of toiletries. Patrick was very easy to communicate with and responded within an hour if not minutes of my questions. The only complaint my group had was that the middle bedroom bed was uncomfortable and quite loud if you made any movement at all. My husband and I slept great though in the front bedroom, so I can't really speak much to that. Overall, the location of this house really sells it. We didn't rent a car for any of our stay and the only Ubers we took were to and from the airport, other than that we walked everywhere VERY easily! We will definitely be back and we are already looking forward to our next trip. Thank you Patrick!

We had some friends visiting from out of town so we all stayed here for a night before headed to the keys. This place is HUGE, comfortable, and clean. I definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the home. It was very spacious. There was plenty of space for our two families. There were 4 bathrooms which was a great perk after a day outside. We would stay at the home again.
