Tucked in amongst the vines and natural bushland, overlooking a dam in the renowned Rivendell Winery, this contemporary villa provides plenty of space for your family and friends to relax & unwind. Escape the hustle and bustle and soak up the countryside's soothing ambience in absolute comfort. Yallingup's famous beaches, wineries and galleries are right at your doorstep in this wonderful home away from home. Villa features 4 large, luxurious bedrooms, sleeping 8 in total, a home theatre, huge living & dining area, gourmet kitchen and enclosed outdoor area for the kids to safely romp around in. From beach towels to board games, everything is included to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From beach towels to board games, everything is included to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The estate includes stunning gardens, tennis court and cellar door which offers a selection of exciting new Rivendell wines as well as the renowned wines from Forrester Estate. The cellar door is open weekends and you can stroll up for a coffee, wine tasting or enjoy a picnic in the garden with a selection of cheeses and cold cuts from the cellar door. As they have a Tavern license you can also buy beers or other drinks of your choice which can been enjoyed in the quaint ambiance of the alfresco garden.

Stunning property in beautiful surroundings. Suited our needs perfectly. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Thank you for the special treats on arrival and for the excellent communication leading up to our stay. Highly recommend this property if staying in the area.

Surprised it's not booked out
This is a little treasure, brand new house with all the smart tech to keep it toasty or cool depending on the weather. Doggo friendly and a great enclosed area out the back for pups to use (we didn't bring ours but wish we did after knowing this). Spacious and comfortable rooms and beds. Well stocked kitchen with nespresso. Hidden in the heart of wine country and close to all our favourite places! Will definitely try to come back.

Lots of space for three families and dogs. The view over the lake was peaceful. Wineries and breweries close by…. But what’s with the on-site Rivendell winery? It’s never open!
Note: The kitchen could have been better equipped.

We really enjoyed our family stay here. The villa/house is very spacious and the layout is perfect for a group of people. As they allow pets, it's ideal if you want to bring them with you. The kitchen has all of the necessities and there's plenty of dishwashing tablets, detergents, sponges, bin liners etc. to last your whole stay (something that is very lacking in other accommodation we have stayed at).
Unfortunately for us, the weather was extremely hot when we were there, so it would have been nice to be over the hill from the beach, but we did realise staying at a Winery doesn't come with a beach (haha).
I would agree with other reviews, the wifi is terrible, so if you are planning on doing anything on your laptop etc. this isn't an option. We had a lot of trouble also with our mobile phones but if you stand in the right spot, you can get a signal. I guess it makes it a great stay to be completely offline, so it's not a bad thing really.

We loved the location, remote but still not too far from everything. Great to stay at a very dog friendly property. The only slight issue was the wifi which couldn’t be used most of the time due to the weak signal, maybe not such a bad thing!

The accommodation was very spacious and quiet. The gardens and bush surrounds was very enjoyable. The kitchen is very workable and feeding 8 adults was not a problem. Very relaxing and would love to stay again. Bicycles would be handy.

The property was beautiful, quiet and secluded. The house was in great condition, clean, well apportioned and comfortable. We really appreciated being able to bring our little dog. A really great place to stay. The only complaint was the poor internet that did not work at all for most of the stay. Cell service was also very weak. This made streaming anything or looking anything up on our phone virtually impossible. Cell service was better by the tennis court or up the hill.

The house was spacious, clean and bedding very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a long weekend and personal touches that made it feel like home! Our small dog loved it too. One thing to note is that reception/wifi is very spotty due to the location. We would love to come back!

It is such a lovely home - so clean and well presented - the bedroooms and the kitchen. The patio outside has such a beautiful view with the birds and the little pond.
