The Space: This beach cottage style home is ideal for the family holiday. Summers are for going to the beach and sitting on the deck with a glass of wine as the kids watch a movie after spending all day at the beach. There are two north facing balconies that boast slight ocean views and have outdoor seating and a barbeque for you to do exactly that. On the first level of the property you will find two bedrooms (1 double and 2 singles), lounge, dining, kitchen and bathroom. Upper level offers second living space with TV and DVD player, plus third bedroom (1 single and 1 double) also second balcony. Pets are not accepted at this property. Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.
